Location Near Ancol
Pros:

Location is near Ancol's beach and it is good. Cleanliness also good. However it would be great when TV in the room using Smart TV for guests convenience.

POOR SERVICES
Pros:

I chose this hotel because I was looking for a property close to Ancol, and the location was very convenient.
I stayed on a Saturday. Upon arrival, one of the staff greeted me by calling me "bro," which I found quite amusing. However, the overall welcome experience was disappointing as the front desk staff did not smile or make me feel genuinely welcomed.
The room itself was clean, which I appreciated. However, the furniture looked outdated, the TV was not a Smart TV, and several kitchen set drawers were damaged. The bathroom was clean as well, but the lighting was too dim. The safety deposit box was locked and could not be used.
The elevator also shook noticeably every time it was in operation, which made it feel less comfortable.
The biggest disappointment was the way my complaint was handled. I requested to meet the Manager on Duty (MOD), but no one came to see me, even until I checked out. I expected better guest service, especially when a guest asks to speak with the manager.
The next morning, I went to the swimming pool, but there were no towels available, and the pool was quite dirty. I only stayed in the water for a short time before leaving.
It's a shame because the property itself has great potential and a strategic location near Ancol. With better maintenance, cleaner facilities, warmer hospitality, and improved guest complaint handling, this hotel could provide a much better experience.

Pros:

For me, the hotel is good and comfortable. There are elevators, which are good for those who need them. There is a bread shop inside the hotel, and the bread's tasty. Strategic location, near Taman Impian Jaya Ancol. Going to the beach by car from the hotel, and it doesn't feel far. The staff team is friendly, and the service is efficient. Good for a staycation or long trip. Thank you

Cockroaches all over the place. Bad smell

Cons:

There were cockroaches all over the room, including on the bed and bathroom. The entire corridor and the elevator smelled really bad. We decided not to stay there after seeing the cockroaches. We went to another hotel. They didn’t refund us.
