Demasiado caro para lo que ofrece
Pros:

El personal del hotel está siempre disponible. Las zonas comunes y la habitación están renovadas. Es un hotel algo impersonal, pensado para personas de negocios no para unas vacaciones de verano en Saint-Malo.

Cons:

El precio es muy elevado para lo que ofrece. La televisión está muy alejada de la cama. La habitación no está muy bien insonorizada, ya que se oyen los ruidos de la calle, además de que las cortinas dejan pasar la luz del sol, por lo que no se descansa muy bien.
El hotel está lejos de las playas y del centro histórico, pero hay una parada de autobús cerca que te permite moverte.

Pros:

Établissement situé juste à côté de la gare, il correspond aux standards attendus pour les hôtels Mercure. Bon accueil et excellent petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le plateau de courtoisie aurait pu proposer plus de choix.

Great location in a wonderful city but could be a little bit better as hotels go ( for the price).
Pros:

I loved the location. The town was the best part of our visit to France. The staff was friendly by American standards (extremely friendly by French standards).

Cons:

The room could have been a little cleaner. There was a huge stain on the carpet that a quick shampoo would have taken care of. I celebrated my 57th birthday and our 35th anniversary during this trip. I think the towels in the room did too. The site said there was parking but it was full so we had to park nearby (not really too big of an inconvenience though). Last thing, on the first morning we had breakfast my wife had a dirty glass on the table so she didn’t use it. The next morning we sat at the same table and the glass was still there, and still dirty.

Pros:

Comfort corrispondente allo standard Mercure, personale competente. Purtroppo nella camera da noi occupata abbiamo avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata e la direzione a fronte di questo disguido tecnico, senza tra l'altro averlo richiesto, ci ha omaggiato della colazione per tutto il nostro soggiorno.
