Cons:

No me gusto que despues de haber pasado dias de habernos alojado hace 13 dias he llamado hoy 8 de agosto a pedirle informacion del dinero retenido porque no nos ha sido reembolsado, la persona recepcionista me indico que debo hacerlo directamente con masterd card pero fue muy despectiva, era como si estuviera enojada y su tono de voz elevado, por lo cual una persona en recepcion deber tener un mejor manejo con el cliente y aqui el servicio al cliente es pésimo.

A very basic stay
Pros:

Lage war außerhalb des Zentrum, aber wir hatten keine Probleme, Zimmer waren sauber, groß und es war ruhig
Pros:

Zimmer und Badezimmer waren groß und geräumig.
Lage war ruhig und Zimmer haben schön abgedunkelt

Cons:

War relativ weit weg von der Innenstadt aber hatte kostenlose Parkplätze vor der Tür

Pros:

The room was very clean, bathroom too.
Lots of available parking, free.
Close to our venue.bed was comfortable, pillows were like a large firm sponge,but the ac worked fine, altho it was situated direct above bed, in room 130

Cons:

Check-in was a little incompetent,although we were only ones checking in.

Room..the only light in the bathroom was a 30-watt light bulb, and it was by the toilet, so it was the opposite end from the sink and mirror. I couldn't see much.
The bathroom fan didn't work at all.
The hair blow dryer again was opposite to sink/ mirror, so it barely reached the mirror area to see what your doing.
Crazy set up.
We requested top floor,didn't get it, altho I booked weeks ahead.
The restaurant is closed Mondays, so we wanted to go for coffee before check out, not open!
Otherwise I'd say, take away a Wyndam, and it's just a DAYS INN
