Close to city center
Pros:

Very close to the city center, nice old building but fully refurbished.

Cons:

Even for the winter, it was a little too warm for my standards. Very safe when walking to the city center, but few hundreds meters away from the city center, the same street becomes a shady neighborhood.

Cons:

Overalll the property needs an updating. Panting hallways and rooms. New bedspreads and flooring in the bathroom.

Piacevole soggiorno a Catania
Pros:

Staff gentilissimo, ottima colazione con proposte interessanti, possibilità di cuocere pancakes e waffles al momento e prodotti a km zero molto apprezzati. Bella struttura, ci hanno offerto upgrade gratuitamente! Ottima posizione centrale in una zona che sta vedendo una riqualificazione urbana.

Cons:

Consiglierei una maggiore attenzione ai dettagli nella pulizia delle stanze.

Pros:

L'hôtel nous up gradé, avec une chambre et salle d'eau bien spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner très complet, avec découverte de produits locaux, le buffet toujours bien garni.

Comfortable, Modern Stay with One Minor Issue
Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel during winter season and overall had a positive experience.

The Positives:

· Room & Comfort: The room felt modern, was a good size, and, importantly, was very warm and cozy—a big plus during the colder weather.
· Staff: The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
· Breakfast: The breakfast was adequate and good. If it’s not included in your booking rate, it’s reasonably priced at around €10, which is fair for what’s offered.

The One Drawback:
The only notable issue was that the shower drain in our room was clogged. If you take a shower for more than a couple of minutes, the water begins to pool and drain very slowly. It’s manageable if you’re quick, but it’s something the maintenance team should address.

Aside from the shower drainage problem, this was a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would recommend it, especially for the warmth and modern feel of the rooms. Just be prepared for a potential slow-draining shower.

Pros:

La posizione, a due passi da via Etnea

Cons:

La camera non corrispondeva a quella da foto di booking, avrei scelto una superior. Non era molto pulita appena entrata. Non c'erano specchi se non quello del bagno, in cui manca l'areatore. La doccia con il vetro in quel modo rende poco agevole docciarsi perché si bagna tutto. Camera senza giusta illuminazione, in pratica solo luci soffuse. Non c'era la cuffietta per i capelli in bagno. E cosa grave non ho visto il rilevatore antincendio ma può essere che sia in un posto non visibile.
