Floor was dirty, not clean, strong smell of chemicals , beds were basic and hard , WiFi was not connecting

Prima Hotel für eine Stadtbesichtigung von 1-2 Tagen.
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, könnten früher als geplant in unser Zimmer. Frühstück reichhaltig und gut.
Die Lage für eine Stadtbeichtigung ist optimal, innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum.
Haben für 30 Euro Festpreis ein Hoteltaxi zum Flughafen bekommen, Rezeption hat das auf unsere Anfrage gemacht.

Cons:

Aktuell wird auf der Rückseite des Hotel gebaut, ab 7:30 Baustellenlärm. Nebenan ist unten im Garten eine Location die bis ca. 22:00 Uhr laute Musik macht. Wir würden beim nächsten Aufenthalt ein Zimmer zur Vorderseite nehmen.

Great location!
Pros:

Very conveniently located, within a five minute walk to restaurants, cafes, shopping, sights and bars. We arrived by train and left from the airport in Catania - both a short taxi ride to and from the hotel.

A friendly welcome from the reception staff, we stayed four nights B\B and received a room upgrade, which we appreciated.

There is Happy Hour in the bar between 7.00 / 9.00 pm where the Bar Manager Antonia gave us a very warm welcome on a couple of evenings. He certainly knows his wines, speaks excellent English and carefully made suggestions to us for drinks - he provided snacks with all the drinks he served and is definitely an asset to the hotel’s staff.

A 4* hotel with no complimentary water in the bedroom.

Great room, kind service!
Pros:

We were very grateful to the duty manager. Upon check-in we asked if it was possible to have a room with a balcony. We were delighted when he was able to provide a lovely suite. Very smart hotel in a good location.
