Nice hotel with good price, quality and position
Pros:

International style hotel in the modern side of Kyoto. The staff is very kind and helpful, they offer a lot of services (for example, it's possible to change yen bills to coins, you can send your luggages to the next hotel...) and amenities for your stay. The cleaning is super organized with the possibility to leave trash outside your room even if you don't need it cleaned up. The position is very good to reach the station, the old city and other attractions on foot or by underground or by bus.

Cons:

The French-style bed seemed a bit smaller than the ones we were used to and the room was a bit hot.

직원들이 친절했으며, 조식도 맛있었어요.
트리플3인실에 침대3. 간이침대1, 욕실.세면대.화장실이 구분되었고, 넓어서 좋았어요.
버스정류장과 가까워서 좋았어요.

Cons:

방음이 되지 않아 옆방 대화가 들렸어요..
날씨가 추웠는데 난방이 되지 않아 아쉬웠어요.
숙박비가 비싸긴했어요..

Prima voor een stedentrip waar je niet veel op de kamer bent
Pros:

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. De locatie is gunstig. Op ongeveer een half uur lopen van Gion, maar wil je liever de bus pakken dan kan dat ook want er is een halte meteen bij het hotel. De metro is ongeveer 7 minuten lopen. Tegenover het hotel zit een grote supermarkt, een keer weer wat anders dan de 7/11! Maar eentje met veel fruit en groente. Op loopafstand zitten leuke restaurants.
Het hotel zelf biedt ook allerlei faciliteiten. Er liggen kamerjassen en andere toiletartikelen. Je kan dagelijks je handdoeken wisselen. Schoonmaken van de kamer gebeurt eens in de zoveel dagen. Er is een bagage doorstuur service. De bedden zijn comfortabel, maar de kussens niet.
Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt.

Cons:

Het is echt what you see is what you get en dan eigenlijk nog een beetje kleiner ;-). Ik was met een vriendin en hadden een twee persoons kamer met twee aparte bedden. We konden onze koffers niet open kwijt. Dus we hebben onze spullen eruit gehaald die we deze dagen nodig hadden en de koffers dicht in een hoek gezet. Er zijn wel haakjes om kleding aan op te hangen.
De bedkussens waren echt vreselijk (dik en hoog en het leek wel alsof er zand in zat). Het bed zelf en beddengoed was overigens heerlijk. Ik ben bij de receptie geweest en om 2 nieuwe kussens gevraagd. Deze waren iets beter, maar nog niet fantastisch. Deze waren heel plat en hard, maar met dubbelvouwen en er wat zachts op leggen kwamen we een heel eind.
Het formaat van de kamer en de kussens waren de enige dingen die niet bevielen, verder alles goed!

Over priced. Should be rated 2 star hotel. It was identical in quality to APA / Toyoko Inn at much lower prices. No breakfast included, or keycards, it’s a physical key.
