Our stay was brief but very pleasant and restful after a long day of travel.
Pros:

The property was conveniently located right off the interstate, had a very clean comfy suite, and had an elevated free breakfast.

Booked a Marriott Queen Suite… Here’s What Actually Happened

The Staff are all great. No complaints whatsoever

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were several problems during the stay that significantly affected comfort and overall experience:
No pillowcase was provided initially.
The shower drained very slowly.
The sink had very low water pressure.
The room was booked as a One-Bedroom Queen Suite with Sofa Bed, but the main bed appeared much smaller than expected and did not seem to match the room description.
The light bulb was defective and had to be replaced.
The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and small. I slept on it and could feel the steel support bars through the mattress, making it very difficult to rest. It was also quite small.
There was only one chair in the suite, which seemed unusual for a room designed for multiple guests.
I understand that issues can happen from time to time, but the combination of these problems made the stay disappointing and far below the standard I expected.

The room, the pool, hot tub, free breakfast, beverage bar, landscaping

Cons:

The water discoloration but they reached out and made it right without us bringing it up. Could've used lotion. The hot tub was down after breakfast but was back up and running at a reasonable time and they made it right also.

La télé ne fonctionnait pas, le préposé à l’accueil est venu rapidement pour tenter de régler le problème, comme ça ne fonctionnait pas, il nous a offert de changer de chambre et a refusé le pourboire.
L’hotel est propre, le déjeuner décevant.
Nous voyageons avec notre petit chien, la chambre etait à 98$, mais un extra de 75$ pour le chien a été ajouté à la facture sans nous en informer avant. Avoir su, on aurait opté pour un hotel plus cher, mieux coté et avec un « pet fee » plus standard.’

Pros:

Hotel location was perfect, close to attractions, restaurants, movie theater, baseball field, etc. The breakfast was good especially make your own waffle station.

Cons:

Need to update the sofa bed. It wasn’t comfortable.
