Disappointed for $180 a night.
Pros:

Comfortable bed and spacious common area and room

Cons:

Four floors and one ice machine on the first floor. We were given a handicapped room. It was spacious, but the bathroom was very curious; there was no area near the tub/shower for a towel. The floor mat to put outside the tub was paper thin. The toilet paper was 1 ply. There was three pieces of Kleenex in the Kleenex holder. Not enough sockets in the room. There was a full fridge, but the ice maker was off.

Pros:

We booked eight rooms with two queen beds and upon arrival had eight rooms with one queen bed in each the hotel was fully booked, however did nothing to try to help us with cots or anything to help

Super friendly staff nice big clean room
Pros:

did two room suites and it was really quite nice with a kitchenette

Cons:

The water in La Crosse is overly softened so when you take a shower it's like an Exxon Valdez accident you just can't rinse the soap off yourself. That's not the hotel that's the city

I would recommend Candlewood Suites for the location, the cleanliness, and the space tge suite provides.
Pros:

We liked how well equipped the room was. Check in was easy and staff friendly and qualified

Cons:

The bed being a double and as large as the suite was, the vanity was small.

Pros:

My parents came to town from Iowa. It was during Ocktoberfest and busy. The hotel was real good about keeping people out if they didn't have a room key.

Best Customer Service!
Pros:

Hotel was awesome. Simple and everything I need traveling for work. Cory was awesome! I even forgot my charger and they gave it back to me when I stopped by three days later. Highly recommended!
