Horrible to begin I contact the staff and informed I was delayed due to weather and I was about 1 hour away til we hit Houston and encountered traffic. The work said ok be safe that was about 3:15 pm at about 4pm my card was hit for the cost of the room I had not arrived I was told by staff that is the policy once the hotel starts filling up yet no one informed me I only knew if I canceled I would have to pay the cost of one night stay which I was fine with. Got to hotel everything seemed OK but I was under the impression I had a Queen Suite I had a regular double Queen room with a sofa bed, and a small bistro style table. The room was actually cold when we entered we only left twice as the night went on the temp started to go up the room was HOT I took a picture of the thermostat and showed the front desk to make sure it was on right she said yes her name was Crystal and she said she would do what she could to make pur stay comfortable and soon as someone else came in she would bring us a fan cause she could not leave the front desk. Well she never came. I called about the fan and she left for the night. Also we only had 3 bath towels and 2 wash clothes I reserved for 4 adults. They told me at the front desk if I wanted them come ger them cause they were not bringing them up. I informed them I reserved for 4 adults and those towels should have been already in the room to accommodate us. I guess we were supposed to share cause they gave me and email to file a formal complaint and the person who responded to it stated that 3 bath, 3 hand, and 3 face towels is what comes with that type of room she also said that maintenance checked the air unit and it was fine I took pictures with time stamps for my personal records it never went down. When I talked with the front desk they told me that I might too many people for that room size which was a suite or I was opening and closing the door too much...Like really.

I never stayed at this facility before some type of way we got double booked and was double charged for these same dates. I never made this reservation

I never stayed here before some type of way I was double booked and charged for this facility, I should have chosen this one the other location I stayed at for these nights were nasty the apartment had not been cleaned at all
