Pleasurable
Pros:

I drove from NC to Houston on an emergency and by the time I arrived I would've needed a super early check in. The agent at this location actually made arrangements to reach out to me once the room would be ready and checked on me and my family during the drive. A real blessing that agent was in my time of need.

Cons:

That Houston traffic is so scary!

The breakfast was ok

Cons:

The air conditioning in our room did not work so we had to down grade rooms that was cheaper then the room we paid for and did not receive a discount or anything. Next day the elevator was broken and we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs

A Good Stay".
Pros:

The Hotel was very functional and it served the purpose of a comfortable stay close to George Bush International Airport. Facilities were adequate for my stay and my overall experience was good.

Cons:

The facilities and the Hotel itself is dated and in need of a "spruce up" or modernisation.
