I went for my birthday for 4 nights and had a awesome stay the entire time
Pros:

My daughter have brain cancer the beds were up high hard for her to get in although they were sold out of rooms they offer all the assistance to help me and I really appreciate it

Very quiet, clean, and peaceful during our time spent in the room.
Pros:

I liked the fact that in the beginning there was a little misunderstanding with the process of how the booking of the reservation was handled yet it was all good once we met in person at the front desk, so yes I liked being treated with dignity and respect upon entry, THANK YOU so much we traveled from Atlanta to Houston and after the 12 hour drive, we appreciated the peace of mind and quiet rest.

Overall - very pleasant place to stay
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty good, event that they didn't had any vegetables. All day there was coffee and tea. Everyone who worked there: all the reception ladies, kitchen, room - were wonderful, helpful and very accommodating. There is free parking. pretty good toiletries, good beds, but too tall, you kinda have to jump to get on the bed.

Cons:

Only 3 hangers per room - its a little low, especially for traveling women. Pool was closed, even that it was hot outside. Beds are too Hight to climb in and out, especially at nigh.

Cons:

Hotel charged me more than the original booking amount that I booked via Booking.com.

Booking.com support did not help me, hotel did not help me either. I contacted hotel, they said it is Booking.com problem.
So beware of additional charges.
