Excellent Hotel
Pros:

An excellent hotel, with friendly staff and excellent service. Staff spoke a number of languages. We are English speakers, but heard staff speaking fluently to German & French speaking guests.
The front desk was always friendly and courteous , and answered any query or question very professionally.
Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice. Tables were cleared swiftly, and staff on hand to take orders for teas, lattes and espressos.
Lovely pool area, with bar staff on hand to take drinks orders.
Rooms clean and excellent. Brilliant daily room clean service.
Would definitely recommend.

Gem of a hotel

This hotel was a very lucky find! We had the opportunity of a last minute holiday and Grant, at Drovers Travel, Bishops Castle, Shropshire, found us this gem of a hotel through Jet2holidays.
From the moment we arrived until the morning we left we were made to feel special by the helpful professional management and the friendly and efficient staff. All staff were delightful, and like the hotel, very smartly presented.
When we arrived our room was not ready so during our short wait we were served complimentary drinks and gorgeous nibbles in the sunny pool dining area.
The next day was my birthday and my husband and I were surprised with complimentary birthday cake and champagne at breakfast!
We were booked b&b, breakfast was buffet style with a great variety of top quality food to choose from.
We also had 3 delightful lunches in the pool dining area and dinner in the a la carte restaurant on two evenings. Both the food, and service were exceptional.
The locality was quite quiet ( which suited us) but there were plenty of other dining places nearby.
Buses from near the hotel ran regularly to bus station (to purchase bus/boat tickets) then coach and boat to Venice and islands.
We found nearly everyone speaks English and are all very helpful.

Es hat alles gestimmt in dem Hotel. Trotz deutlich verfrühter Anreise durften wir mit einem Upgrade schon unsere Zimmer beziehen, die wunderbar waren. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr ausgewogen. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter/innen. So erstreckte es sich auch auf den Service, bei dem man bei voller Auslastung des Hotels trotzdem das Gefühl hatte, die volle Aufmerksamkeit zu haben und jeden erdenklichen Wunsch erfüllt zu bekommen. Hier kann man ideal die Seele baumeln lassen. Danke für die großartige Zeit bei euch! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Bett Kingsize 220cm sehr selten in Italien.
Die Lage war super.
Ruhige schöne Gegend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Wer mehr leben braucht muss etwa 30 Minuten Fußweg einplanen oder kostenlosen Fahrradverleih vom Hotel nutzen.
Personal sehr freundlich!
Jeden Tag eine Wasserflasche kostenlos auf dem Zimmer.
Viele weiche Handtücher auf dem Zimmer.
Sehr gute Zimmerreinigung jeden Tag top.
Frühstück der Wahnsinn alles sehr lecker und frisch bis 11 Uhr.
Badehandtuch für Strand, Flip Flops, Bademantel, Strandtasche ...
Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Cons:

Preise im Restaurant völlig übertrieben eine kleine Lasagne über 20 Euro weniger Meter vom Hotel am Stand kleine Bude mit sehr guten kleinen Speisen und Getränken zu bessern Preisen.
Hotelrezeption nur über viele Stufen erreichbar.
Hotel ist für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung nicht so gut geeignet.
Dusche im Bad sehr klein.
Kleine Küchenzeile im Zimmer veraltet und schlecht ausgestattet.
Minibar auf dem Zimmer nur mit Wasser ausgestattet.
Kein Zimmerservice.
Kein Info Material auf dem Zimmer z.b. welche Nummer hat Rezeption, wann sind die Frühstückszeiten, Hausregeln.... Wurde nur mündlich mitgeteilt bei Ankunft.
