Tutto ! Accoglienza top! In camera ho trovato un regalo bellissimo da parte del hotel ! Mi hanno assegnato la stanza più grande con la vista panoramica ! Sono stati tutti gentilissimi ! La colazione buonissima molte cose fatte al momento !

Cons:

Abtrennung durch Vorhang zur Sauna im Fitnessbereich ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und die immer offen stehende Türe dort im Fitness (UG bzw. zum Treppenhaus) stört mit zu viel kalte Zugluft im Sauna-/Fitness Bereich!

Der Pool war gut aber der Rest leider enttäuschend

Lage, Pool und der Billardtisch waren das Einzige, was uns gefallen hat.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft bekamen wir ein Zimmer ohne funktionierende Klimaanlage – trotz über 33 °C und obwohl klar war, dass wir mit einem Baby angereist sind. Erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurde uns am nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer angeboten – auch dort funktionierte die Klimaanlage leider nicht. Am Ende mussten wir mit den Eltern das Zimmer tauschen. Das Essen war schlecht, man wartete jedes Mal fast zwei Stunden, und geschmacklich war es leider enttäuschend. Obst lag offen und war voller Fruchtfliegen – absolut unhygienisch. Für Familien mit Kindern völlig ungeeignet. Die Tiefgarage ist eher für kleinere Autos geeignet, sie geht sehr steil in die zweite ebene.
