Clean room, nice town, easy parking.

Stayed for a night as we transitioned from Cornwall to Oxford. The shower had great water pressure and the room was clean and comfortable.

Staff very helpful room clean and warm cant fault it. Food good a great alround hotel with free parking and car charge facilities.

Everything at the hotel was excellent. The room was furnished well, the bathroom looked to be new. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restuarant choices for breakfast was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay there again

Hotel Staff were great and breakfast good. Pool needs attention and repairs with broken and missing tiles would not a child in the pool which was one of the reasons we booked the hotel.

Good location and parking, clean and comfortable.

Staff we met (receptionist) was friendly and very helpful. Room was nice in a great location. We had breakfast next door at the Q Street cafe, which we already knew about.

The staff were very friendly. The outdoor heated pool is small but does the job and is clean.
The continental breakfast selection was very limited. Basically they had the popular cereal varieties like Kellogg's Corn Flakes etc, croissants, pain au chocolate, an assortment of jams, yoghurt, and some fruits.
No oats. No soy milk. No peanut butter. No cheeses or cooked meats. No nuts of any variety.
No pork is served on the premises due to the owner's cultural/religious beliefs. So dont expect a traditional English breakfast with a couple of pork sausages!

The hotel looks tired. The surrounding area was nice and not far from the Eden Project.

The hotel restaurant was shut during our stay. There are a few pubs within 5 minutes walk that serves ok food.

Staff where great, friendly and very helpful.

We spent a few days in Cornwall (not long enough) and this was a great base for exploring. Pool was great and staff were friendly and helpful.

Reasonable Hotel but currently not serving food in evening and shower was in disrepair.

Good size room, sadly bed was quite creaky, good in-room facilities, great for a one night stop-over.

The pool was lovely some tiles need work. Room looked new lovely and clean. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choices. Staff were all really nice, friendly and approachable. Lovely night would definitely stay again.

Great clean hotel. No pork at breakfast which is a shame. Pool needs some TLC as some tiles missing and no handle for going down the steps.
Lostwithiel is very sleepy and the businesses there aren’t always open when their opening hours say they are.

All of the staff were very friendly, yet professional. When I rang to say that it was my friend’s birthday, Maisie was able to recommend some lovely lunch venues. And, when we arrived she, and the other staff wished us a happy stay, and they had decorated the room for my friend. They made our stay special!

Perfectly ok and 24/7 outdoor heated pool with a nice sun trap for the loungers.
Staff exceptionally helpful.
Our room had an issue with electrics but was sorted within an hour.
The shower frame was un-finished but did work properly, no leakages and was a nice shower.
Hotel is clean, just needs a little finesse.
Town has places for dinner in walking distance as the hotel restaurant is not currently open.

A bit tired on the outside. Rooms were clean and spacious

Very clean. Good value. Room number 1, a single room, was small and had opaque glass in the window, so you couldn't see out.

Really helpful, happy staff . Very co.fortable. Very clean.
