Quiet & relaxing
No gym, poor shower

Hotel situado en una urbanización de Moraira, a unos 2km del centro. Es muy tranquilo y está decorado con gusto. Transmite calidad y elegancia.
Personal muy amable. No suele haber mucha gente. El jardín es bonito, tipo japonés. El desayuno muy bueno, en un comedor muy acogedor.
El hotel necesita una inversión importante para seguir siendo lo que un día fue. Las habitaciones están faltas de decoración, las cortinas se caen, y los baños presentan óxido en las zonas de la bañera. Las puertas son demasiado antiguas.
Romantic getaway, our room was fantastic, the terrace was in direct sun overlooking the pool, at the time there were very high winds, however we were sheltered from the wind so we were able to enjoy the heat and tranquility. The receptionist was extremely friendly, relaxed and helpful. Our lunch was catered to our needs, beautiful fresh food. The service from the lady was so lovely.
We cannot recommend enough!

El acceso, y no hay diversión dentro del hotel
Stayed here 13 years ago and although the ambience is a little "dark" - wrong orientation for the sun and not many of the rooms have West or South light we were reasonably happy.
Returned in Jan 26 as a solo party (wife sadly ill & recovering) and the hotel was near empty - despite asking for a king room was offered a twin anf there seemed to be a reluctance to change this. In the end I was relocated to a king but it was on the basement level & very, very dark.
What really stood out (negatively) was the attitude of the front of desk male managers - indifferent, superior (misplaced) and distinctly unhelpful. For example on 1 day it was tipping it down and they wouldnt even supply me an umbrella to borrow.
The "spa" - essentially a sauna & shower was attempted to be charged at 75 euros!! Madness, albeit they cut it to "just" E37.50!
All in all will not return, one goes to a hotel to feel "welcome" not an out of season nuisance. Avoid

Humedades en el baño y ducha. Precio caro del desayuno, 20 euros por persona.
Sis instalaciones son muy lindas , además es muy tranquilo y permite tener un buen tiempo de calidad en pareja

The hotel is very calm and quiet. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. We had a room with a hot tub which was a lovely way to relax. Sitting by the pool at the end of the evening with a drink was also very enjoyable. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choice. We have stayed here numerous times and will definitely return!

Buffet escaso y habia niños en cuanto tu pagas mas al hotel porque no hay niños, y molestaban y no habia intimidad entre la gente.

La atención del personal del restaurante.
Cuando nos acostamos por la noche vimos que nuestras sábanas estaban sucias (en concreto tenían manchas de sangre). Tuvimos que salir a pedir sábanas nuevas a las 2 a.m. Y nos dieron sábanas de cama individual (nuestra cama era doble) porque el personal que había en ese momento no sabía dónde estaban.
La piscina tenía muchas zonas sin cuidar y alguna pared de la misma estaba verde. De hecho, el bañador de mi pareja salió amarillo de la piscina.
El spa estaba cerrado hasta el 21 de septiembre, por lo que tampoco pudimos hacer uso de el.
La verdad que tenía muchas ganas de ir desde hacía mucho tiempo, pero fue una decepción. Nada acorde pagar 240€ con el estado de las instalaciones y la suciedad.
El trato del personal, perfecto. Unos profesionales. La comida muy buena, y el desayuno, fuera de serie; las instalaciones aseadas, luz calida y buen decorado. Un lugar acogedor, tranquilo y rodeado de vegetación. En general, una experiencia positiva.
Lo que no nos gustó, fue que en la descripción de la habitación, se decía, que ésta tenía vistas al jardín y la piscina. Esto no fue así. La habitación tenía vistas al tejado, y la piscina y el jardín no se veían. Tampoco enfriaba la nevera de la habitación. Un punto importante a nivel personal, es la falta de cerveza sin gluten. Salvando estos detalles, lo demás, bastante correcto.
