La ubicación es muy buena. El hotel es muy centrico.
Me sorprendió que la habitación tuviera escaleras dentro. Para alguien con movilidad reducida seria impensable utilizar esa habitación.
El servicio muy amable.
No es culpa del hotel, pero si se aparca en el parking público y gratuito de Santa Clara, cuando se sale de allí, el acceso con el coche es tremendamente complicado, un coche muy amplio es dificil que pueda acceder por la unica salida que hay desde el parking.

Habitaciones con encanto. En en casco antiguo, siempre perfecto.
Personal amable, buen desayuno e instalaciones limpias. Las chicas de recepción, estupendas, simpáticas y siempre con el afán de que estés agusto. Totalmente recomendable.
El cliente vecino de la hbitación de al lado hacía mucho ruido y era poco respetuoso con la tranquilidad que requería el lugar.
