Urkmez Hotel

Lovely hotel right in the centre of town. Short walk from the railway station. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Bedroom was very nice with verandah overlooking the street. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and airgun was very efficient.

The staff was great.
Location was great.
Breakfast was bountiful and delicious!

직원아저씨?가 너무 친철하십니다.파묵칼레에서 곤충에 쏘여서 발목이 붓고 있었습니다.가까운 약국 위치를 물어봤었는데 통역해주겠다며 같이 약국에 가주셨고 약국에서 병원가라고 했는데..동네 명인(?)에게 같이 가 주셨습니다(병원비는 비쌀거라 하시면서). 명인(?)의 손길로 나았습니다^^

位置超棒，离火车站走两分钟就到。离小巴站也非常近，大概五分钟路程。周边农贸市场、餐厅、商店可选择性比较多。老板也很热情。早饭虽然不是自助，但是摆盘好看，品种丰富，而且味道很好。

Urkmez Hotel is a small, comfortable, and clean hotel. Its personnel is friendly and ready to help. Breakfast is good, plenty of different types of cheese, bread, olives and coffee or fruit juice. The location can't be the best, near to the minibus station to go to Ephesus or Sirence, the train station is just few steps away as the very good restaurants are next door.

Lage sehr gut, in Bahnhofsnähe und Busbahnhof für Ephesus und Kusadasi schnell erreichbar, die Moschee und die römische Aquaduktruine sind eine eindrucksvolle Kulisse bei Tag und nachts, die Fußgängerzone mit Palmen vor dem Hotel ist sehr gepflegt sauber

The location couldn't have been better. It's right in town and so close to the train and bus station. Really easy getting around since everything is in walking distance. Ephesus is easily accessible by bus. The breakfast was an enjoyable start to my day. Everyone was helpful and worked to ensure that I had a pleasant experience.

I loved the location, it’s very close to the train station, restaurants, and shops. The breakfast was absolutely scrumptious (the potatoes, I loved them so much! 😋), and the staff were especially friendly and accommodating. They even let me check in a little earlier and made me an iced latte while I was waiting.

One morning, I was feeling a little under the weather, so I asked if I could have my breakfast delivered to my room. The owner was so kind and even made me a really delicious chicken soup, which I thought was such a thoughtful and caring gesture. They also helped arrange a local taxi for me, which made everything so much easier.

I also really loved the room. The extra-large queen-size bed was super comfy, and the balcony was such a nice bonus. I loved the view and the whole vibe of the room

I genuinely enjoyed my stay here and felt very well looked after. Would definitely stay here again! ❤️

Отель прекрасно расположен, рядом с вокзалом и автовокзалом, а так же в пешем доступе до крепости и храма Артемиды. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, завтрак не шведский стол, но достаточно разнообразный и вкусный. Чистые номера и постельное белье.

The family run feel makes it a comfortable relaxing place to return to each day

El hotel está muy bien situado, en pleno centro, aunque por la duración de nuestra estancia no pudimos aprovechar demasiado la ubicación. Las habitaciones son cómodas y el desayuno está muy bueno.

Llegamos bastante tarde debido al horario de nuestro vuelo y el señor de recepción nos esperó, algo que agradecimos mucho.

Hubo una confusión con el día del check-in. El señor de recepción se equivocó con la fecha que realmente habíamos contratado y nos llamó el día anterior porque pensaba que ya deberíamos haber llegado. Debido a esta confusión y a que no conseguimos entendernos bien, nos envió un transfer para recogernos en el aeropuerto sin que nosotros lo hubiéramos solicitado, ya que teníamos uno contratado previamente.

Afortunadamente, todo se aclaró y el señor de recepción se ofreció amablemente a asumir los gastos ocasionados por el malentendido, un gesto que valoramos mucho.

The hotel is very well located, right in the city centre, although due to the short length of our stay we were not able to make the most of the location. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is very good.

We arrived quite late because of our flight schedule, and the gentleman at reception waited for us, which we really appreciated.

There was some confusion regarding our check-in date. The gentleman at reception got mixed up with the date we had actually booked and called us the day before because he thought we should have already arrived. Due to this misunderstanding and some communication difficulties, he sent a transfer to pick us up from the airport without us having requested it, as we had already arranged our own transfer.

Fortunately, everything was cleared up, and the gentleman at reception kindly offered to cover the costs caused by the misunderstanding, which we really appreciated.

Wonderful location. Staff were very helpful. Parking is a little tough as the street is quite narrow however the staff helped us find a spot. Breakfast was lovely.
