De este hotel solo me gusto que estaba a 10 minutos del trabajo, de lo demás nada.
En 4 días pase por 3 habitaciones diferentes, todas relacionadas con problemas de mantenimiento. Enchufes sin corriente y aire acondicionado averiado. Me tiraron todos elementos de aseo: espuma y cuchilla de afeitar, pasta y cepillo dientes y desodorante, posteriormente me lo abonaron. Un día no hubo desayuno. Solo habrian el desayuno a las 7:30, posteriormente abrieron un poco antes, 7:15 despues de insistir para que lo hiciesen. Otro día no hubo agua en todo el hotel. En el grifo del lavabo casi no caia agua, insisti para su reparación unas cuantas veces. El hotel no tienen lavanderia. Al final sali del hotel 4 días antes, y estoy a la espera de que abonen esos días. Una falta de mantenimiento total, informas de cosas que estan rotas, y la propuesta era cambiar de habitación, al final les dije que no, que repararan las cosas. Con todo esto, como se puede ver no es admisible en un supuesto hotel de 4 estrellas, ya que pagas bastante dinero por él. La puntuacion general de 1 me parece demasiado.
The reception area was clean, and the staff were pleasant and helpful when approached, although several issues during our stay required repeated follow-up. The breakfast room was clean, with a good selection of food available.
We stayed at this hotel four years ago and remembered it as being very good, so we booked again without checking the latest reviews. Unfortunately, we should have done, as standards have deteriorated considerably for a four-star hotel.
During our eight-day stay, we experienced the following issues:
• External driveway: The driveway at the front of the hotel is very uneven and in need of replacement.
• Bathroom condition: The bathroom in the room we had requires refurbishment, with tiles that were grubby and damaged.
• No running water: On the second day, we got up at 6.30 am, as we were attending a sporting event each day and needed an early start. We discovered there was no running water in the taps, showers or toilets. Reception was not staffed 24 hours a day, and the kitchen staff provided a telephone number to call, but nobody answered. Managed breakfast without coffee etc.
• Breakfast cancellation: On the third day, we again got up at 6.30 am, only to find a letter had been left under our door advising that breakfast would not be served that day. In all my years of staying in hotels for both business and leisure, I have never experienced this.
• Room cleaning: On three occasions, we had to ask for our room to be cleaned because the daily service had not been carried out. Even basic tasks, such as replacing wet towels and emptying the bin, were overlooked. Despite asking reception at 8 am, we returned at 7 pm to find the room still had not been serviced.
• Defective chair: On the second day, a chair in our room collapsed because of a defective leg. Fortunately, I was not injured. I reported this the following morning and requested a replacement, but when we returned that evening, the faulty chair was still there. In the end, I had to remove it from the room myself.
• Restaurant – when we stayed 4 years ago the restaurant was not open and it is still not open!
When we left, there were no reception staff available, only kitchen staff, and no offer of any refund

Hotellin yleisilme erityisesti huoneen oli nuhjuinen, mutta pahinta kaikesta olivat siivouksessa käytetyt hajusteet. Huone haisi voimakkaasti sitrushajusteelle, mikä sai olon huonoksi.
Desayuno correcto, ubicacion facil de acceder. La recepcionista nos busco el mejor acomodo en camas individuales, que se agradeció mucho.
