The door to the deck would not lock. There was a spot in the hallway that had water from a leak.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing, and we cannot recommend it.
The room was rather unattractive and poorly maintained, but the biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom, which was simply unacceptable.
The property itself also seemed quite neglected and in need of proper maintenance. Another major problem was the complete absence of staff at reception — there was nobody there either in the evening or in the morning, making it impossible to ask for assistance when needed.
To make matters worse, the pillows were far too small for the pillowcases, making them practically unusable and making it very difficult to sleep comfortably.
Overall, the experience was far below what we expected. The hotel needs significant improvements in terms of cleanliness, maintenance and service. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Extrem schlechte Hygieneverhältnisse. Auf dem Flur ist das Wasser aus der Decke getropft und im Zimmer an der Decke war überall Schimmel. Widerlich!!!!

Hi va haver un tall d'aigua i l'hotel no va donar cap informació. Al preguntar van dir cosa d'una hoeçra i va ser tota la nit.
La puscina estava bruta

Muito simpáticos e atenciosos, sempre dispostos a ajudar e a dar informações sobre o que visitar e onde comer.
Chek in tardio 16h00, e ainda assim atrasou.
Duas toalhas de banho quando éramos três.
Gel de banho e champô inexistentes.
O pequeno almoço na primeira manhã estava bom, mas na segunda manhã os croissants, pães, e outros pastéis muito queimados. Á exceção das natas que estavam cruas.
O ginásio é para esquecer.
De um funcionario que usa oculos ( nao sabemos o nome dele), esse funcionario foi espectacular 👌

Comfortable and clean with a good breakfast. Plenty of parking space.
It was a little tired and in need of some tidying up in some, but not all parts of the hotel. It has potential which has not been tapped.
Gostei do quarto, éramos três, um casal com uma criança, e havia um espaço dedicado para a criança. O quarto com bom espaço, varanda e muita arrumação.
Casa de banho precisa de obras. A torneira do duche estava partida, e corria água para o chão sempre que alguém tomava banho.
Fiquei desgostosa que o meu pedido de pequeno-almoço sem glúten não foi considerado, apesar de eu ter recebido o e-mail de confirmação do hotel que registaram esse pedido. Quando cheguei ao pequeno-almoço, não tinham nem pão nem cereais sem glúten.
