In house food quite expensive, £40 for burger and chips very nice, but very limited menu ( mainly beef burgers) buffet very good £42 each though ( expensive meal with kids) for the price some milk tea and coffee would be nice ( miles from shops)

A pochi km dal centro di Rovaniemi e proprio ai piedi degli impianti da sci, la posizione è ottima se si dispone di un mezzo proprio. Gli chalet sono essenziali, ma puliti e comodi. Più che buona la colazione.
Durante il nostro soggiorno c'è stato un problema di overbooking e per la prima notte ci è stato dato un alloggio diverso da quello che avevamo prenotato (di livello superiore, in realtà). Per scusarsi della scomodità di cambiare camera l'hotel ci ha proattivamente offerto una cena nel ristorante - sicuramente un punto a favore in termini di customer care.
Il soppalco in cui si trovano gli altri due letti è davvero angusto e il soffitto molto basso.

Breakfast was a gorgeous buffet style with a huge variety of hot and cold food, and drinks on offer. Location was exactly what we wanted. Walk out the chalet door into the snow and snow-covered trees, very quiet, but with the benefits of a bar and restaurant. Each chalet has its own sauna which was fantastic. The heating system was perfect and the beds were the best I've slept in, pillows were amazing too. One free daily trip up the chair lift to the ski slopes, the sky hotel and beautiful walking trails. Endless slopes to sledge for kids and adults. I would 100% recommend and we will definitely be back again!

The satff were polite,hospitable and really nice.. in the Restaurant, they are able to prepare an instant birthday surprise to our birthday celebrant when i requested and the cake was Awesome,
