Top hotel, weekend con la squadra di futsal. Hotel super gradito da tutti, servizi, camere, pulizia, colazione e ospitalità del personale, tutti gentilissimi. Torneremo sicuramente per altri weekend in Romagna.
Un albergo a misura bambino, mi è piaciuta molto la parte in cima al terrazzo, piscina per bimbi e due idromassaggio per i genitori.
Poi il distaccamento del Ciccio park molto bello, con una piscina e i giochi per i bimbi.
La nostra camera era proprio fra i due ascensori e si sentiva ogni rumore, urla, risate…..ma fortunatamente non siamo persone che si lamentano, mio figlio nonostante il baccano, è abituato a dormire.
I chose this hotel after seeing it advertised on Instagram by Booking.com, with beautiful images that made the hotel look very appealing. Looking back, it was one of the worst decisions we made.
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing.
We arrived around 10 p.m. on a 29–30°C day, only to find that the air conditioning in our very small and claustrophobic room was not working. The room we were given looked nothing like the double-room images shown in the hotel’s presentation.
All three double room presentations displayed online, appeared significantly larger than the tiny room we were actually given. For around the two hours after we arrived, we were told there were no other rooms with AC available to change. Only after escalating the situation with Booking.com did another room suddenly become available, with working air conditioning.
The following morning, reception confirmed that we could remain in room 1015 until the end of our stay. One hour later, we were called and told this had been a “mistake” and that we had to move to an inferior room. Having already gone through the stress of the previous night and just unpacked, we refused.
After that, we experienced repeated power cuts, including an entire day without electricity. We felt this was being used to pressure us into accepting the room change. We asked to leave and be refunded for the unused nights, but this was refused. From that moment onwards, the electricity was restored and we did not experience a single further power cut for the rest of our stay. We had also repeatedly been told that the electricity could be controlled remotely by the hotel.
On our final day, we were told that we were late leaving the room and that, if we did not leave in 15minutes, they would cut the electricity again. At that point, we were left with very little doubt that the power cuts were being used as a means of pressure.
La struttura è eccezionale per i bambini, i servizi a disposizione sono tantissimi, animazione top e super gentili. Vicinissimo al mare. Piscina sul tetto adatta ai piccoli più idromassaggio. Il Ciccio park è semplicemente il sogno di ogni bambino in vacanza. Sicuramente da provare almeno una volta se hai bimbi piccoli 😉😉😉
