The air conditioning is central and when the temperatures are high, the room gets very hot. Apart from this defect, everything is fine.
There was a mixup at first about our reservation for 2 rooms but the staff were very helpful in rectifying it. Also they were very helpful in helping with our daughter who was very ill. Food service was also very accommodating and quick.
The staff was amazing. They were very friendly and great to talk to. Fantastic stay and look forward to coming back soon, thank you!

Szczególne miejsce z niezwykłym klimatem i duszą. Wysoka jakość w każdym aspekcie. Niezwykle miejsce na podróż służbową, ale i odpoczynek po pracy. Na pewno będę tam wracać.

We came during an emergency, they found a room for us and we have been moved to a better room since. Staff are amazing and hotel is a beautiful building. Good breakfast and good restaurant
Ich hätte Frühstück dazu buchen können, obwohl inklusive Frühstück gebucht war, hat sich aber geklärt. Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sehr stilvoll eingerichtet (Wer es mag). Sehr ruhige Umgebung.

Bardzo fajny obiekt łączący w sobie nowoczesna infrastrukturę oraz zabytkowy charakter. Bardzo fajna strefa spa z basenem i saunami. W pokoju widać dbałość o detale np książki do czytania czy Gazeta branżowa zgodna z profilem mojej firmy. Bardzo smaczne śniadanie i to co uwielbiam jajecznica robiona na żywo na życzenie klienta.
The hotel is a beautiful hotel in a remote location. There is no elevator or air conditioning. Our room was a huge room with a king size bed and a private balcony. There was an amazing canopy over the bed as well as a futon and two tables with matching chairs. The bathroom was beautiful with a walk-in shower and tile.
We slept with the balcony door ajar and it was a very comfortable temperature in the room. The restaurant dinner menu was limited, but the food was very good. The breakfast buffet was good.

Such a beautiful hotel and location. It is a perfect place to stay in Poland, an unknown (to me) treasure.
We used the hotel as a home base for visiting the subcarpathian area. It was perfect with large comfortable rooms and an outstandinf restaurant with great young staff.
The indoor pool was lovely although dominated by young families, which was actually delightful.

Hotel leży na terenie urokliwego parku. Pokój na który trafiłam to raczej cela a nie pokój hotelowy. Depresyjny.
Kuchnia restauracyjna względna. Przepyszna sałatka z własnoręcznie wędzonym kurczakiem- palce lizać. Śniadanie ok.
Przemiły Pan kelner, który opowiedział o historii miejsca i planach na przyszłość.

We enjoyed our stay. Our TV wasn't working, but we didn't report it or I'm sure they would have fixed it. But the grounds were beautiful and it was great for walks--very relaxing area.
