un hôtelier sympathique et avenant dans un hôtel agréable et propre
Pros:

Un accueil chaleureux et vraiment agréable, on sent le plaisir de l'hôtelier et du personnel à recevoir de la clientèle et offrir le meilleur d'eux mêmes. Les chambres sont spacieuses, agréables, très lumineuses et propres. L'hôte est de très bon conseil et nous a indiqué en français les endroits que nous pouvions visiter selon la météo du jour et suivant nos possibilités de timing. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel au sein duquel je n'hésiterais pas à retourner. Je peux aussi préciser que l'emplacement donne un accès rapide à Pampelune et aux montagnes et le stationnement y est adapté.

Pros:

Personeel was fantastisch, ontbijt en diner was goed verzorgd. Kamer was extra ordinaire. Het verblijf hier was een hartverwarmende ervaring.

Un hotel con encanto y con personal muy muy amable.
Pros:

A un paso de Pamplona.
Perfecto para quien quiere escaparse del entorno de la ciudad.
El hotel está decorado con muy buen gusto, una mezcla de bohemio con rural y "hogareño". Definitivamente es sumamente recomendable y dudo que defraude a ninguno.

El personal: un 10. Los dos señores que conocimos fueron muy cordiales, amables y bastante simpáticos.

Pros:

The staff made my stay enjoyable. Exceptional staff.
The bed was comfortable.
The room temperature was perfect and several layers of double glassing made the room very quiet.
I would love to stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.

Pros:

La atención del personal. Jose y Monir nos acogieron de manera excelente. La habitación amplia, limpia y muy cómoda con una decoración muy cuidada y bonita. La cena y el desayuno estupendos, con ingredientes de la zona y de su propia casa.

Cons:

Nada. Todo estuvo muy bien.

Hotel ibaiondo Olave: hotel muy acogedor, con parking privado, José y Monir nos atendieron de forma inmejorable, muy atentos, nos dieron explicaciones y rutas que realizar con todo lujo de detalles, con terraza en algunas habitaciones, y bar con un río al lado, se puede desayunar en el hotel, nos ofrecieron subir botellas de vino y copas a la habitación, y se adaptaron a la perfección a nuestros horarios y necesidades. Fuimos en pareja.

Escale charmante
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse , très propre et très colorée avec bain à jet très efficaces et fort agréable 😀
Personnel charmant et particulièrement attentif à vous satisfaire.
Le patron parle plusieurs langues et donne de bons conseils.
La vue sur le jardin et la rivière est bien jolie.
Double fenêtre et double rideaux bien isolant du bruit de la route devant l'hôtel

Cons:

La cloison de la salle de bain est en verre (pas très utile?) et laisse passer la lumière de la veilleuse de sortie de secours particulièrement gênante en pleine nuit.
Une bouilloire dans la chambre serait la bienvenue.
Des descentes de lit seraient égale un plus sur le carelage...

Pros:

It a beautiful unique hotel. The food was excellent. Staff were very accommodating .
We had a rest day from Camino. Staff washed our clothes and delivered it back to room.
Our bags were delivered to our room. We left rested and regenerated

Perfecto!. Repetiremos seguro!
Pros:

El personal es super amable y dispuesto. Nos ayudo e informó con un trato excepcional.
La habitación es amplia, limpia, comoda, vistas increibles...perfecta!
La ubicación para moverse por el valle del Baztan es inmejorable.

Cons:

El baño está separado de la habitacion por una pared de cristal (parcialmente opaco) que resta un poco de intimidad.
