Will stay there again if I'm ever back in Bergamo!
Pros:

The staff was super helpful and so welcoming. The hotel is chic, and the location is perfect - close to shopping and not too far from the upper town. The whole thing was just right.

Cons:

Honestly, I can't really think of anything at all!

A perfect base for visiting Bergamo
Pros:

The hotel already has many accolades and these are fully deserved. The rooms are modern and imaginatively appointed. However, the best thing was the staff, all of whom we found to be attentive and professsional, helping us pleasantly and efficiently with car parking, dinner reservations, tips on sight-seeing as well as providing an excellent breakfast.

das ganze Hotel und das Personal war einfach nur super. Die Koffer wurden vom Personal direkt vom Auto geholt. Das Autoparking war nur paar Minuten entfehrnt.
Das Zimmer war perfekt, das Frühstück einfach fantastisch. Es gab für jeden etwas, und die Früchte der Käse, das war alles frisch.
Das Personal, ich glaube, es ist ein Familienbetrieb waren immer hilfsbereit und sehr nett.

Cons:

Ich kann nichts negatives über dieses Hotel sagen.

Pros:

The hotel staff reached out proactively before our arrival to help organise our stay, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast quality was genuinely good, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The garden patio is a real asset, it gives the place a relaxed, homey character that sets it apart.
The hotel is in a quiet street in the lower part of the city, perfectly half way between the train station and the upper town.

Cons:

The shower, while impressive in design, was largely non-functional: only one of its three settings worked, which was disappointing given the room's positioning.
The mattress comfort was also below expectations for this category.
We also followed the hotel's restaurant recommendation (L'Alimentari) and were disappointed, and we wished we had trusted our own research instead.

Sehr eleganter Speiseraum, moderne praktische Zimmer, grosses Bad

Cons:

Für unseren kleinen Hund war weder ein Napf noch ein Bettchen zur Verfügung. Wenn man einen Tarif für Hunde verlangt, sollte auch ein Minimum an Ausstattung vorhanden sein.

Cozy hotel with friendly staff and warm hospitality
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy hotel. All the staff were very friendly and attentive, and we were very happy to stay there.
The receptionist who welcomed us took the time to give us very useful and detailed information about the sites we should visit, which we followed and greatly appreciated.

The breakfast staff were also very friendly. We enjoyed a good variety of products at breakfast, as well as freshly made coffee.

We liked the area where the hotel is located, as it is historic, authentic, and within walking distance of Città Alta.

Our room was modern and had an appealing design.

Un séjour de 3 jours très agréable !
Pros:

Un petit hôtel à l'ambiance familiale, confortable et idéalement situé pour découvrir Bergame en famille. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et nous a donné plein de bons conseils de restaurants et de visites. La possibilité d'avoir une place de parking a été particulièrement appréciable. Pensez à reserver en avance car le nombre de places est limité. En résumé, un séjour de 3 jours très agréable !

Sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommenden Empfang. Grosses, schöneres Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, Bergamo Alta und die Einkaufsstrasse von Bergamo sind sehr gut erreichbar! Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und fein! Wir kommen wieder! Danke für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Juste superbe !
Pros:

Que dire ? Tout était à notre goût ! De la qualité de l’accueil, chaleureux et professionnel, au service de voiturier, à la taille, la conception et la décoration de la chambre et de la salle de bain jusqu’à l’emplacement de l’hôtel, tout était réuni pour un excellent séjour.
Bref, nous avons décidé de revenir prochainement dans cet établissement pour le plaisir et ainsi poursuivre notre découverte de cette ville.
