Perfection
Pros:

Although our stay was very short, we enjoyed it to the maximum!
Rebecca helped us checking-in very quick, explained where we could park our car and gave us directions to an amazing place for dinner.
The room was perfect, with slippers and bathrobes, lovely shower and the breakfast was perfection!!

Very enjoyable stay in stylish hotel with excellent staff

An exceptional hotel serving the best of Italian hospitality
Pros:

This is an exceptional hotel with the most wonderful staff. I booked Hotel Petronilla for my parents who were travelling to Bergamo for a family wedding. My mother has mobility issues and Francesco and Rebecca provided excellent assistance to her and my father. They organised a hair dresser appointment on the morning of the wedding for my mother in a salon that was within walking distance so that my father could easily take her to it. They accommodated storage of a wheelchair from an Italian rental company and organised taxis to take my parents around Bergamo. Their service and kindness to my parents was beyond expectations and if I could give them 11/10, I would! I highly recommend this hotel!
