Petronilla - Hotel In Bergamo

The staff, property and accommodations were some of the best we've experienced in our travels. Francesco went above and beyond what would be expected to help with our questions about area attractions. Even providing follow up emails to assure us of up to date information. His exceptional hospitality was a true highlight of our experience in Bergamo. Francesca was very warm, welcoming and professional; helping us at check in and providing useful information about the area and restaurants. The location was also convenient. Located on a side street but close to Il Sentierone in Citta Bassa. The hotel is about a 20 min walk to the funicular; although we walked to Porta San Giacomo.

The room was very nice, the breakfast was incredible (tiramisu and creme brulee for breakfast!) and included made to order eggs. Lovely to eat in the courtyard too.

We've travelled extensively in Italy and Petronilla and its staff are by far among the best. Can't recommend this hotel enough!

We only stayed at Petronilla for 1 night due to a last minute change of our travel plans but what a treasure of a hotel it is! Francisco was very welcoming and made us feel at home immediately. Our room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. It's a boutique hotel with just 12 rooms and as a result you get a very personal service. Francisco and his staff could not have been better, and his recommendations for what to see and where to eat in Bergamo in 24 hours were so helpful. Being situated close to the town meant everywhere was very walkable, and still only 8 minutes by car to the airport. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Nice quiet street but very near to transport links and the lower city. Plenty of eateries around. Staff very, very helpful. Room was lovely and bright and great size for my wheelchair. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast items good quality and varied. Great little find and would recommend! Bravo!

El hotel está bien ubicado, en el centro de Bérgamo y a 20 minutos a pie de la cittá alta. Es un hotel tipo boutique por lo que es relativamente pequeño. Las instalaciones están bien y las habitaciones son amplias. El desayuno muy variado y excelente calidad. El personal es muy amable

Sont emplacement dans une petite rue a trafic modéré est un plus pour l'établissement qui peut mettre en avant son calme tout en étant proche du centre.
La chambre était spacieuse et confortable avec une magnifique salle de bain.
Un petit déjeuner copieux et du personnel a votre écoute.
A y retourner.

Si vous appréciez l’atmosphère chaleureuse d’une maison où tout est pensé pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous, le Petronilla Hotel est l’adresse idéale.
Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et toujours attentif au bien-être de ses hôtes. Quant au petit-déjeuner, il est tout simplement remarquable, avec des produits frais et de grande qualité.
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, malheureusement trop court. C’est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons au Petronilla Hotel afin de poursuivre la découverte de cette charmante ville.

Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati conquistati dalla gentilezza, dalla disponibilità e dall’attenzione del personale, sempre pronto a far sentire ogni ospite davvero a casa.
La colazione è stata uno dei momenti più piacevoli del nostro soggiorno: prodotti freschi, di grande qualità e una varietà che soddisfa ogni desiderio.
Abbiamo trascorso giorni meravigliosi in questa splendida città e al Petronilla Hotel. Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato troppo breve, ma ci ha lasciato il desiderio di tornare presto per continuare a scoprire Bergamo e ritrovare la calorosa ospitalità che abbiamo tanto apprezzato.

Quarto muito confortável com uma janela retrátil no teto, muito interessante. Bom café da manhã, funcionários muito gentis, em especial Francesca e Francesco, da recepção.
