Absolute Empfehlung!
Pros:

Ein wirklich feines Hotel in der Innenstadt, tolle Zimmer, toller Service, tolles Frühstück. Auto wird vom Personal kostenpflichtig sicher geparkt. Sehr persönliche Atmosphäre. Von hier aus ist im Grunde alles (auch die Altstadt auf dem Berg) zu Fuß erreichbar. Absolute Empfehlung.

Cons:

Der Fernseher war nicht programmiert, was aber sofort am nächsten Tag erledigt wurde.

Le boutique Hôtel élégant et littéraire
Pros:

Un beau boutique hotel, de belles chambres …notre dos de lit, chop Sue d’Edward Hopper ! Un petit déjeuner gourmand dont je garderai toujours le souvenir d’une tarte Tatin exceptionnelle. Mais le vrai trésor de cet hôtel c’est Rebecca! Nous avons démarré notre visite de Bergame avec une introduction à la littérature locale grâce à elle! Et puis une explication érudite sur la fabrication de la glace straciatella dont Bergame est le berceau. C’est grâce à ce type d’expériences que les séjours deviennent inoubliables! Merci ❤️

Quiet but steps away from all you need
Pros:

Wonderful location on a quiet street just steps away from restaurants and shopping. The hotel is beautifully appointed, and the breakfast is generous featuring cold and made to order hot items, including mini fruit smoothies . The staff was very helpful in acclimating us to the town and in particular, Rebecca was lovely telling us all about where to go what to do and how to get there - love her energy and enthusiasm for Bergamo. We really enjoyed our stay!

N’a pas correspondu à notre attente.

La qualité de l’accueil à la réception, où le personnel s’est montré aimable et disponible. Nous avons également apprécié la situation de l’hôtel, à proximité du centre-ville et de nombreux restaurants. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner servi dans la charmante petite cour était très agréable, avec un choix varié de produits.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé pour trois nuits, mais nous avons finalement écourté notre séjour. Dès le premier jour, nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude et la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. De plus, l’un des volets ne fermait pas, ce qui rendait impossible l’obscurité dans la chambre. Nous avons donc été réveillés très tôt par la lumière du jour. Pour le prix de la chambre, nous nous attendions à une prestation de bien meilleure qualité. Cette expérience a été décevante et ne correspondait pas au niveau de confort attendu.

A highly recommended home away from home style hotel

A beautiful, boutique style, hotel, in a central location. Renovated rooms, including all the amenities you can think of, and a warm, inviting front desk service accommodating all your requests. Very tasty breakfast as well. Highly recommend.

Bien situé à proximité des transports. Possibilité de disposer d'un parking. Petit patio agréable et petit déjeuner frais et bien garni. Qualité du personnel en sourire, en accueil et en renseignements utiles.
