È un albergo romantico, da guardare. È quasi un museo.
Pros:

Il contesto è molto bello, è una casa signorile con un cortile interno molto bello, puoi andare in centro a piedi. La doccia della camera numero tre è molto efficiente.

Cons:

Per dare una coerenza allo stile architettonico, la casa è piena di cianfrusaglie, le stoviglie sono piccole, vecchie, e anche la colazione è di qualità appena decente. Se ti piace la forma, è il posto giusto. Se vuoi la sostanza, cioè una camera calda e una colazione buona, e magari anche un parcheggio facile, allora forse ti conviene cercare altrove.

Quarto limpo. Funcionários educados e muito prestativos. A proprietária, dona Carmen, nos recebeu de modo acolhedor e muito amigável. Ela fez uma verdadeira palestra sobre a cidade, nos entregando mapa e indicando locais para comer, localização dos pontos turísticos e horários de funcionamento. Foi fundamental para organizarmos nosso roteiro e aproveitarmos nosso tempo da melhor forma. A área externa do hotel é muito bonita e com jardins bem cuidados. Tem restaurante bom e mercearias nas redondezas que dá para ir andando.

Cons:

Apesar de ser autointitulado como "hotel-boutique", o servico prestado /espaço estão longe de atender às exigências para essa titulação:

1) Não tem TV no quarto;

2) A cidade é extremamente fria (fui em maio) e o quarto não tem sistema de aquecimento. No banheiro do meu quarto tinha uma persiana que não fechava e recebíamos um vento muito frio ao sair do banho quente;

3) Tudo muito velho no quarto. Cadeiras que pareciam que iam quebrar quando sentávamos; abat-jours de pano etc;

4) Cama estreita, de mola. O cobertor parecia ter enxerto de plástico e fazia muito barulho quando nos mexíamis à noite, incomodando a outra pessoa com quem dividi o quarto (uma amiga). O mesmo ocorreu com ela em relação a mim;

5) O pior foi o café da manhã. Apesar de ter qualidade na maioria dos itens, faltava variedade e quantidade. Apenas um bolo que não era reposto, assim como diversis outros itens. Tudo contado e com muita mesquinhez. Um só tipo de queijo e bem salgado - e mais nenhum frios. Frutas só poucas bananas e um pouquinho de mamão já cortado que não era reposto. Pão colocado de 3 em 3 na mesa com uma espera longa até que descongelassem. Enfim, muito precário, especialmente se você nao fosse o primeiro a chegar.

Absolute Traumunterkunft in Sucre. Unterkunft ist wunderschön mit tollem Garten und idealer Lage zum Mirador.
Check in war sehr zuvorkommend. Zimmer sind wunderschön und die Restauranttips der Besitzerin ausgezeichnet!
Die Unterkunft hat aus unserem Trip nach Sucre ein echtes Highlight gemacht!

Das Hotel ist einfach ein Traum! Wunderschönes Gebäude mit tollem Garten. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett & gibt beim Check In tolle Tipps was Restaurants & Museen betrifft. Die Unterkunft ist etwas höher gelegen, deshalb hat man von der Terrasse einen schönen Blick über die Stadt.

Cons:

Der letzte Anschnitt zum Hotel ist etwas steil, aber das wussten wir vorher. Deshalb gibt es nichts zu meckern! 😄

We would have liked a kettle and fridge in our room to make drinks.
We didn’t realise the hotel was so high up until we’d already booked our room. It would have been helpful if it was in description of hotel at the beginning as my husband has high blood pressure and arrhythmia.

Pros:

Lo primero que hay que destacar es la profesionalidad y cercanía de Doña Carmen. Me hizo sentir en casa desde la llegada a este maravilloso hospedaje.

Debido a las manifestaciones y bloqueos de carreteras que había en Bolivia durante mi estancia, se preocupó de informarse de la situación y de mantenerme al corriente a tiempo real por WhatsApp.

El establecimiento está cuidado al detalle, tanto los maravillosos jardines comunes como la habitación. La cama es muy cómoda y la ducha es bastante amplia.

La situación es ideal, a 5 minutos andando de la plaza principal. La calle es segura incluso de noche.

¡Podéis ir con los ojos cerrados!

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig und zentral gelegen und hat einen traumhaft schönen Garten.
Pros:

Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt, ein echter Traum. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist schnell zu Fuß im Stadtkern und Carmen ist immer behilflich und hat sehr gute Tipps. Ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.

Klare Buchungsempfehlung!
Pros:

Gute Lage und wunderschöner Garten zum verweilen.
Der Service ist sehr gut. Besonders zuvorkommend ist auch die Möglichkeit für einen früheren Check-In (das Zimmer wurde für uns extra in Rekordzeit hergerichtet als wir ankamen).
Nach dem Check-Out durften wir die öffentlichen Bereiche noch den gesamten Tag weiter nutzen, da wir erst abends abreisten.

We were warmly welcomed by the host. She gave us great recommendations regarding restaurants and things to do in Sucre. The accommodation is really beautiful. The bed was really comfortable. The view from the rooftop was one of the best in the city. The location is very good, small walk and you're in the city centre.
