Pros:

There was a tulip in my room in a vase. A beautiful thoughtful detail. I had a lovely stay.
I like the breakfast, all great quality and variety and that there was extra loose leaf tea and cake available throughout the day without extra charge.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and it was in a prime location. Room was clean and they gave us free water as well! Couldn’t have been better. Also the breakfast was delicious. Eggs made your way, a great selection of fruit. Orange juice. Water. Bread was great. All of the jams you could want too.

Cons:

One of the managers was grumpy but not everyone can be nice.
