Happy to have met a wonderful new family
Pros:

I would like to thank all the staff, they were very helpful and I felt at home. They never hesitated to go above their duty to assist in any manner. I would like to thank personally each and every one of them starting with Antoinette (the accountant), Edgar, Maria, Odette & Ghalil the front desk crew who always welcomed me and most importantly, made sure I was safe and provided me good and helpful information. The wonderful housemaids Lidian and Mafia who always made sure my room was clean and I had everything that I needed. Of course, I cannot forget Juliana & Emad who made sure I ate well and were very attentive in providing me good food. Mostly, I would like to thank Milad who never hesitate to help me no matter what. A very special gratitude goes to Milad & Odette.

Pros:

Nice ocean view. At check in the front desk was challenging my booking. I had to show her my reservation and had to strongly request they abide by the booking as it was advertised on Expedia. She unhappily complied. Requested more than one room key but ended up with only one.

Pros:

Basic & clean, spacious rooms with balcony but unlike what is written no coffee maker and no minibar in the room. Breakfast was ok, location is good relatively close to all attractions.

Pros:

The room was a connected one although we did not ask for a connected room and the connected door is so bad where we can hear the people in the other room talking even!! not comfort.
The room had no carpet although it was cold 8 degrees C, the heater was not put on before we arrive we had to wait until the room was getting warm

Quite and nice
Pros:

It is nice but I prefer to be in a sea view, but this hotel is nice and good to be for the families who is with small budget . I prefer the hotel because it is close to the Souk and all the tourist area in Jbeil.
