Pros:

Centraal, maar rustig gelegen modern hotel, metro vlakbij, op wandelafstand van de haven, op 2 metrohaltes van station.
Goed bed, heel netjes en vriendelijk personeel.
Ontbijt is niet mogelijk, maar er zijn genoeg opties in de buurt

Close to the spanish area

Cons:

I dont think the employees especially the front knows the word service. They never smile, no interactions with their guests. Seems she is mad all the time, eventhough we smiled and tried to intearact with a friendly mood.
When we arrived, she is kinda mad that we arrived early, though out plan is to leave our luggage and explore the city.

We stayed for 2 nights, but felt like they dont want to have guests. I wish they could have train their staff a bit more welcoming to their guests.

Great location, late check in and staff was super useful and nice.

They kept our luggage for the day.

The bed was very comfortable.

The TV has smart apps like Netflix etc.

Cons:

A strong smell of fake fragrance from the reception but also in the room, probably cleaning products but it did bother me a lot.
The room was clean but the shower has black mould and quite a bit of it, like it's clean but this requires a special product and attention.

Fine for a short stay given the location and price but would not have stayed longer.

מיקום מתקנים ושירות מצוינים. מומלץ.

מצאנו את המלון ברגע האחרון לאחר שביטלנו מקום אחר. זו היתה הפתעה נהדרת: המלון נמצא במקום מרכזי, שלוש דקות הליכה מתחנת מטרו טולדו. הצוות ידידותי ומדבר אנגלית היטב. המקום נקי ומצויד במעלית. יש כל מה שצריך בכדי להכין שתיה חמה ואפשר גם להזמין ארוחת בוקר שמגיעה לחדר. מומלץ בחום!

הפרסום בBooking הציע אפשרות לתשלום גבוה יותר בכדי לקבל קומה גבוהה. כשהגענו הסתבר שלמלון יש בסך הכל שתי קומות. פקידת הקבלה התקשרה מייד ל Booking לברר את הנושא אבל לא הצלחתי לקבל תשובה ברורה. חוץ מזה הכל היה מצוין.

La situación. Junto a la estación metro Toledo.
Hotel tranquilo con recepción abierta 24 horas.
Al lado del Barrio español y de las Galerías Umberto I.
A 10 minutos caminando del Plesbicito a 15 minutos de Scapanopoli y también a 10 minutos de Molo Beverello para coger los ferrys a las islas.
Hay trattorias, bares y cafeterías alrededor del hotel.
Hay aire acondicionado y las camas son cómodas.

El inodoro sale poca agua.

Pros:

La position de l’hôtel situé entre la vieille ville et le quartier espagnol. La gentillesse du personnel. Et pour couronner le tout un surclassement de la chambre qui était très agréable équipé d’un jacuzzi et d’un sauna sans oublié la bouteille de proseco qui nous a été offert. La propreté. Encore merci pour ce cadeau que l’hôtel nous a fait.

Cons:

Si j’ai un point négatif mais c’est histoire de, ce serait le temps de remplissage du jacuzzi pour obtenir un niveau correct

Soggiorno perfetto e posizione strategica!
Pros:

​Siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti di questo hotel! La posizione è semplicemente fantastica: si trova a due passi dalla stazione della metropolitana, il che rende gli spostamenti comodissimi, anche se in realtà abbiamo visitato quasi tutta la città a piedi visto che la struttura è vicina alla maggior parte dei principali punti d'interesse.
​La zona circostante è molto tranquilla e sicura, ma allo stesso tempo vivace e ricca di attività commerciali super utili: nelle vie adiacenti si trova davvero di tutto, dai bar per la colazione alle trattorie tipiche (ottime per assaporare la cucina locale), fino al parrucchiere.
Un plauso speciale va a tutto lo staff: estremamente cordiale, accogliente e sempre disponibile a darci informazioni utili per goderci al meglio la città. Inoltre, sono stati gentilissimi nel permetterci di lasciare i bagagli in custodia oltre l'orario previsto, un servizio che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo per sfruttare al massimo le ultime ore di vacanza.
​Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente!
