Perfecte per situació i tracte del personal
Pros:

Especialment l'amabilitat del personal, a destacar l'Antonio, i la ubicació a peu de Via Toledo i la seva parada de Metro.

I never stayed at this hotel. Full refund please.
Pros:

I never went to this property. I was informed by the hotel the room I had reserved was damaged during a recent earthquake. I spoke to the hotel. I canceled my booking. I never stepped foot in that hotel. I was charged for my entire stay. I would like a full refund.

Il miglior hotel che potessimo scegliere per il nostro soggiorno a Napoli!

La posizione, la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff, la pulizia, la camera

Cons:

Unica pecca: le signore delle pulizie la mattina fanno molto rumore, mettono musica, parlando a voce alta e cantano e si sente in camera. Ma nel complesso tutto perfetto!

Pros:

Centraal, maar rustig gelegen modern hotel, metro vlakbij, op wandelafstand van de haven, op 2 metrohaltes van station.
Goed bed, heel netjes en vriendelijk personeel.
Ontbijt is niet mogelijk, maar er zijn genoeg opties in de buurt

Pros:

Close to the spanish area

Cons:

I dont think the employees especially the front knows the word service. They never smile, no interactions with their guests. Seems she is mad all the time, eventhough we smiled and tried to intearact with a friendly mood.
When we arrived, she is kinda mad that we arrived early, though out plan is to leave our luggage and explore the city.

We stayed for 2 nights, but felt like they dont want to have guests. I wish they could have train their staff a bit more welcoming to their guests.
