We had a fantastic holiday at this Hotel. We stayed in the Deluxe Studio Apartment, which overlooked the sea. The staff, particularly Kirsty, Martin and Jenny were really helpful and did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. The pool area was clean and the water, just the right temperature. We enjoyed it so much that we are returning in September. This is a quiet area, which suited us. We always hire a car as we like to explore, but there is a bus at the end of the road and there are some restaurants within walking distance.

We booked this hotel due to the most fantastic photo of the swimming pool. When we arrived it did not disappoint and in fact was far better, I will explain later.
We arrived late on a Thursday evening (11:15pm) and the receptionist was helpful and check-in was quick. We asked if the bar was open, but it closed at 11:00pm. But he suggested we asked the barman as he was still there. The barman Nemy was a very helpful and although shut for the night he served us a small bottle of wine and a large beer.
We were taken to our room and a couple of useful information was provided, like the kitchen tap had a separate knob for drinking water.
We sat on the balcony which looked west and enjoyed our drinks before crashing into bed. Which by the way, was a huge 6ft wide bed and very comfortable.
Morning arrived and as we had no food, we went to the restaurant and paid €10 each. The breakfast had some decent options and was very nice. This is where we fist met Kirsty, who worked at the hotel. Kirsty was the most helpful person and came and chatted at breakfast and provided some very useful information about a local supermarket called Phillipos in Coral Bay, where you can buy all your heavy items like water, wine, beer and then when you pay at the check-out you ask for the taxi transfer back to your hotel and this service is free of charge. The taxi driver loads your shopping into the boot and then when we arrived at the hotel, he helped carry it to the apartment door. Very helpful.
Note, this hotel is accessed from the road via quite a steep slope down to where the entrance and reception are located. To get to apartment we had to go down steps from reception and then up a single flight of stairs to the apartment. The apartment consisted of a small, but adequate kitchen, sink, double electric hob, microwave, fridge and kettle. A table for 4 to sit at and a single chair and double sofa with a TV on the opposite wall and patio doors to the balcony. The bedroom was quite large, with a wall of cupboards, a safe, a TV and patio doors onto the balcony.
The crockery was a mixed set, with only a limited number of large and small plates. The cutlery was also sparse, with just one teaspoon available. A better selection of cups, glasses, plates and cutlery would have made the apartment feel more practical and well equipped.
The only other topic to note is you are asked not to put any paper products down the toilet aa they are on an old sewer system which can get blocked. All paper products need to be put in a bin which is emptied daily.
Once we had the shopping organized in the fridge and cupboards, we ventured off to the pool around 11:30am. The pool is amazing and we were very surprised to see many empty sunbeds to choose from. When we were there at the beginning of June, there were always sunbeds available. Most days I was the 1st person at the pool between 9:00am to 9:30am. At the pool we met Martin, barman and lifeguard. We found Martin to be a very pleasant and helpful person. On many occasions, once we ordered the drinks he would bring them to you.
We spent the day at the pool (as we did most other days). For this 1st evening we booked a table in the hotel restaurant (at the time we stayed there, we did not need to book). We sat at a table overlooking the sea. The service was great; the food was fantastic. We ordered Fetta with honey and sesame and Cypriot village sausages for starters and our mains were Kleftiko (Cypriot lamb shank) and Strip Loin steak, washed down with a carafe of local white wine and a beer.
Within a 5-minute walk, there are bus stops either to Coral Bay or to Pathos (€2 per person).
As we faced west, we saw lovely sunsets every evening around 7:30pm.
Checkout was easy, everything was charged to the room, and all receipts were provided to check before paying.
This is a lovely hotel, with great staff and excellent food. It’s the type of place we would go back to.
Excellent location, sea views, and everything very clean
Nothing
Spacious apartment with very comfortable bed. We had a great view of the sea.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a superior sea view and would definitely stay here again.
Rooms were stylish, comfortable and had the most beautiful sunset view. The apart-hotel feel really made you feel relaxed. Despite being two single beds, the hotel had a mattress topper that made it feel like one.
Staff were more than helpful and recommended so many places for us to visit.
Despite being a 20 minute drive into Paphos, there was a handful of restaurants near by, and if anything being outside of the busyness was even better.
No negatives experienced from us, however would strongly recommend hiring a car to allow a wider range of restaurants and activities.
Dobre jedzenie w restauracji hotelowej. Łóżko w sypialni, duże i wygodne.
We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Vrachia Beach Hotel & Suites and cannot recommend it highly enough.
From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully presented, with breathtaking views across the sea. The private patio was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
The breakfast each morning was excellent, offering a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. The pool area was spotlessly clean and well maintained, providing a calm and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed the bar, which offered great drinks and friendly service.
What truly makes this hotel special is its peaceful adults-only setting, stunning location, and attention to detail. Every area of the hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff worked hard to ensure guests had a memorable experience.
This was exactly the relaxing break we were looking for, and we left already planning our next visit. We cannot wait to return.
Our stay was outstanding from start to finish. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the private patio was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and delicious food. The pool area was immaculate and well-maintained, creating a peaceful atmosphere, and the bar service was fantastic with friendly staff and great drinks. The adults-only environment made the stay even more relaxing.
There was honestly very little to dislike but maybe upgrade to USB plugs and the patio table was showing signs of wear but this did bot ruin our stay.
One of the most beautiful hotel views I’ve ever seen.
The room was lovely, spotless, and very comfortable. The pool has been newly renovated, and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning.
It’s a calm and relaxing place with breathtaking views. Waking up to that scenery from the room was truly special.
This is definitely a place you should visit at least once.
There aren’t many good places for a sea swim within walking distance.
Goed eten daar!

We absolutely loved our time at the Vrachia. Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly. If you’re looking for a couples getaway in a quiet and romantic setting, this is the perfect place for it. The food here is incredible. There is plenty to choose from at breakfast (the bacon in particular is something I can’t stop thinking about) and if you’re ever around at lunch, I really recommend having the club sandwich. Even if you decide not to stay here as a guest, it’s definitely worth making the trip over to eat at their restaurant.
We had seen a few reviews saying that it’s best to get a hire car if staying here due to the location, but we had seen online that there was a few bus stops just a few minutes walk away so opted for that instead. The buses here are very frequent and you can easily get to Paphos and Coral Bay from these stops, although you need to make sure you have cash if you decide to go down this route. A single ticket is €2 and a daily pass is €6.50, so the prices are definitely worth it. We didn’t go further afield than that, so it’s always worth looking into other bus routes or getting a hire car if you plan to go further afield. There is also a really nice walkway at the back of the hotel if you fancy a coastal walk.
The hotel itself is really clean and we were really impressed with the standard of our room. The bed was really spacious and comfy and there was plenty of space in the wardrobe to hang clothes (which even comes with multiple hangers which was helpful as most hotels we have stayed in have just a handful of hangers at best). The separate living area certainly made this feel like we weren’t even staying in a hotel. The balcony is a very good size and there was plenty of space to sit outside, as well as a hanger to let any wet clothes/towels dry.
All in all we really enjoyed our stay and will be recommending it to all our family and friends, and will definitely be staying here again.
An outstanding place to stay whilst enjoying Paphos and the rest of Cyprus. The staff are second to none, so friendly and helpful. It's like a home away from home! The apartments are first class, beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. Can't wait to visit again.
