Pros:

Very clean. Towels changed every day as requested. Felt safe.

Pros:

Location was great from mystic lake casino.

Cons:

We couldn't open the shade to look out the windows because the maintenance guy quit and the button to open the window shade took a different battery(according to staff) so couldn't open the shade!!! Sad.

All n all it was very nice and in a good area
Pros:

Breakfast was good bed was ok staff was very nice

Cons:

I picked this because it was close to the St Francis medical center. I got in rather late and I could hear doors opening and closing around me. It was hard to sleep
