Cons:

L’accueil , froid on était 4 personnes adultes , d’abord un hôtesse nous a proposé deux chambres communicants, on ce trouvait avec suite parentale une petite chambre et un couloir et avec trois lits uniquement ,
Finalement obligé d’attendre le responsable on à eu deux chambres , mais avec équipement minimaliste ,
Petit déjeuner médiocre

Pros:

The hotel is clean, the rooms, although small very comfortable. The pool is nice, not very big but enough to cool after a day of Istanbul. The breakfast is various.

Cons:

For breakfast, they were asking extra charge for the omlette and fresh juice! The coffee is instant coffee, very bad.
The AC was very loud at night even if ot was on the lowest fan level.

Good location and friendly staff. The hotel needs an update.

Location was good and friendly staff.

Cons:

Got stuck in lift. Old mouldy basin. Cleaners didn’t replace cups. My daughter’s safe didn’t work and her tv wasn’t properly mounted on the wall. Wall paper peeling off wall in passage way. The hotel needs a refurb.

Pros:

La posizione è buona. Consiglio l'hotel perché penso che sia in linea con la media degli altri hotel, ma sul cibo si potrebbe migliorare veramente tanto. Lo staff è comunque gentile e disponibile come tutto il popolo turco.

Cons:

La struttura nei bagni soprattutto è un po' vecchia e ci sono cose da riparare. La colazione è sempre la stessa senza variare. Consiglierei più scelta per la clientela europea, torte e biscotti dolci oppure brioches.
Il caffè espresso italiano purtroppo non si trova da nessuna parte, inoltre anche i succhi di frutta sono di bassa qualità. Le spremute fresche a pagamento. La cena buona ma senza scelta, un menù prestabilito uguale per tutti.

Загалом все було добре.
Pros:

Близьке розташування до метро та трамваю. Гарні сніданки та вечері. Дуже був приємний Yasin, він був і на сніданках, і в басейні, і на вечері було прекрасне обслуговування.

Cons:

Були проблеми з кондиціонером в номері, він працював, але з нього весь час текла вода. Двічі викликали майстра, але нічого не змінилось. Спочатку запропонували змінити номер, але потім забули про це. Коли ми зрозуміли, що вже немає сенсу просити про це, то попросили просто миску, щоб було куди крапати воді, бо весь час підставляли чашки, але і після другого прохання нам нічого не дали ( це тривало 7 днів). Тому довелось викручуватись самим та ставили сміттєве відро. Це був найнеприємніший момент.

Кухня вкусная , персонал ресепшн и кухни были приветливые и вежливые

Cons:

Грязно в номерах , бронировали 2 номера с друзьями , не убирались вообще за 5 дней пыль была как пух , полотенца не меняли , зубной пасти и щетки , одноразовой тапочки и халатов не дали , чай и кофе только по запросу приносили , лифт вечно ломался на 4 звезды вообще не тянет

Kız kardeşimizin mezuniyeti için özellikle İstanbul’a geldik. Ne yazık ki bu otelde yaşadığımız deneyim tatilimizi olumsuz etkiledi.

Daha giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren sorunlar başladı. Rezervasyonumuza rağmen bize yanlış oda verildi. Odanın kliması ve bazı ekipmanları çalışmıyordu, ayrıca oda yeterince temiz değildi.

İlk gün küçük kız kardeşimizin sadece birkaç dakika odaya çıkıp eşyalarını alması gerekiyordu. Buna rağmen personel son derece kaba ve saygısız davrandı. Kendimizi misafir gibi değil, sanki yanlış bir şey yapıyormuşuz gibi hissettik. Daha sonra otel müdürüyle görüştüğümüzde, aslında kimlik bırakılıp ek ücret ödenerek ziyaretçi kabul edilebildiğini öğrendik. Eğer bu bize en başından söylenseydi, hiçbir sorun yaşanmayacaktı.

Müdür yaşananlar için özür diledi ve bize başka bir oda verdi. Ancak bu oda da temiz değildi ve burada da çeşitli sorunlar vardı.

Ayrıca kız kardeşimin mezuniyet elbisesini ütülemek için birkaç kez ütü istedik. Her seferinde “getiriyoruz” denildi ancak kimse gelmedi. Bize en başından bunun mümkün olmadığı söylenseydi, başka bir çözüm bulabilirdik.

Tek teşekkür etmek istediğimiz kişi otel müdürüdür. Kendisi nazik, profesyonel ve çözüm odaklıydı. Ancak maalesef personelin büyük bir kısmı aynı şekilde davranmadı.

Dört yıldızlı olduğunu iddia eden bir otelden çok daha iyi bir hizmet beklerdik. Yaşadığımız saygısızlıklar, odaların temiz olmaması ve yaşanan tüm aksaklıklar nedeniyle bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyoruz ve bir daha tercih etmeyeceğiz.

За эти деньги абсолютно не рекомендую.

Расположение, телевизор, девушка на ресепшене)

Cons:

1. Не совсем понял, почему у меня в номере в душе отсутствовала дверь. В результате вся вода была на полу в ванной. Таким образом, у меня появился свой собственный Босфор.
2. В номере не убирались, не выносили мусор, не меняли полотенца.
3. Ужасно медленный WiFi.
4. Очень многолюдно, особенно на завтраках.
5. Сами завтраки ни о чём. Выбор невелик. Лично мне не хватало. А если хотите, например, омлет, будьте добры доплатить несколько евро.
6. В открытый бассейн нельзя принести даже воду.
7. Самое интересное, девушка (видимо, менеджер по качеству) спрашивала моё впечатление об отеле. На моё «so so» даже не спросила, в чём причина))
