Would definitely come back
Pros:

Location of the property was phenomenal. Special shout out to Shaeyma who made us feel right at home. Honestly we are so grateful for her and would come back just for her fantastic service and contagious smile.

O quarto muito pequeno, não era o mesmo da imagem, preço alto qualidade pessima para piorar Ar-Condicionado só fazia vento não refrescava muito calor no quarto. Depois tinha barulho dos hóspedes. Quando os hóspedes do andar de cima tomavam banho fazia um barulho nas paredes . Depois eles usam o elevador dos hóspedes para serviço . Pessima experiência.

Cons:

I do not recommend this hotel at all. In front of me, a woman came seeking information about a guest, and they provided her with the guest’s name, which constitutes a violation of privacy. The location is good and the interior is acceptable, but the staff are not good at all.

Pros:

My stay at Klas Hotel was fantastic. It’s in a great location, making it incredibly easy to explore the historic sites of the Old City on foot. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and assisted with every request. One of the highlights was definitely the amazing daily breakfast that suits everyone's needs—there was a wonderful variety of fresh options to fuel up for a day of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again!

Ottimo soggiorno
Pros:

La struttura si presenta in una zona centrale nel quartiere di Fatih vicino a fermata di Tram e Metro. Zona vivace e piena di negozi e ristoranti.

Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Lage top, da Metro und Tramhaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Perfekte Lage, haben ohne zu fragen ein Upgrade beim Check-in bekommen , Zimmer Größe war dadurch mehr als erwartet ,Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit
