A fost un sejur minunat,personal calificat foarte amabili și ajutători , băieții de la recepție (Mohamed,cel din Besiktas,și colegul lor scuze că nu am retinut numele) extraordinar de drăguți ne-au ajutat foarte mult,mâncare foarte buna, atât micul dejun cât și cina , chelnerul de la restaurant foarte prietenos și a avut o servire impecabila , va mulțumim pentru serviciile de calitate! Una vergüenza el comportamiento del hotel y de Booking

ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA

El hotel
Nos canceló una reserva de 2 habitaciones para 5 días el mismo día alegando que la tarjeta no era válida (cuando si lo era. La reserva estaba hecha 3 meses antes y nos dejaron en la calle tanto el hotel como Booking que nos dejaron tirados y sin resolvernos la situación siendo la respuesta de Booking “tenéis que buscaros otro hotel por vuestra cuenta”
