Fantastic hotel in a convenient location to walk down to the harbour. Lovely views and great facilities. Really enjoyed our stay!

The location is fantastic overlooking the sea with ships and boats of all sizes heading into the harbour. The short journey to and from Mahon is easy and inexpensive. The Staff are all very welcoming, friendly and efficient, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The food is excellent with a variety of choices everyday cooked fresh with something for everyone. We’ve been several times before and certainly will be back, thank you.

Clean friendly peaceful fabulous staff

The hotel is situated in a residential area so you are not overwhelmed by loads of tourists and really get a feel for local culture. Es Castell is within walking distance of Mahón but there is also a very good bus service to Mahón and Ciutadella.

Staff were friendly! Rooms were lovely Not enough sun beds!
Towels on them in a morning to save, even though it has a notice actually on them saying not to do this!!!! Seems to have quite a few elderly people that have been coming for many years

Highly reccommend this hotel. Lovely position, nice staff, clean rooms and fairly laid back. It is very OAP (Which we are just). I would say though that for the star rating, the breakfast was average and the rooms were great but not the most luxurious we have been to for the rating? All in all no complaints at all - would go back for sure

Miguel was very friendly upon arrival and all the staff were very helpful. My room was comfortable and clean and the facilities in the hotel are great. Location is perfect for somewhere quiet but close to the city. As a solo traveller I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

So chilled and relaxing. A real holiday and slow pace. Amazing food and staff. Highly recommend and will definitely be back

It's right by the ocean you can walk into town or around the docks. My room was facing the bay and so I got the best views of Sunrise every day. They have Vegetarian/Vegan options for breakfast. Just Amazing!

What a beautiful hotel with 5* staff who are attentive, warm and friendly. Great choice at the buffet breakfast with quality ingredients. Would definitely recommend.

From check-in to check-out we could fault nothing.

L’hôtel est super bien et calme (basse saison début Avril).
Très calme, petit déjeuner très bien et complet (œufs selon vos envies , brouillés , omelettes, au plat avec également tortilla et pancakes).
Pour aller à Mahon, commander un taxi à la réception car pas d’uber sur l’île. (À peine 10 min de route)
Balibed sur réservation et payants mais transats à disposition.
