Heerlijk verblijf met mooie golfbaan aan prachtige kust.
Pros:

Zeer hartelijke ontvangst, heel uitgebreid buffet ontbijt en werd constant aangevuld, eten in diverse restaurants was heerlijk.
Genoten van pilates les in de ochtend zon met zeezicht!

Cons:

Van een 5 sterren hotel mag je verwachten dat je beddengoed bij 7 nachten verblijf eens verwisseld word.

Pros:

Facilities at the hotel were good and the golf course was fantastic. The weather in this part of Tenerife is not as good as the South of the island as there is often cloud, but it is very green and for golf it is probably better than the South being slightly cooler.

Cons:

It is expensive and the staff asking at every point for you to add a further 10% gratuity became annoying as well as excessively expensive. The staff have also been trained to say “No” as their default position - Is there a way to avoid changing rooms mid way through our stay - No. Can we alter this golf time - No. Can you get my luggage to reception so I can leave at 8.15am - No. They were always polite and friendly but in an 8 day stay it was always “No” and this took the shine off what was otherwise a lovely hotel!

A little heavenly haven
Pros:

This was a return trip for our anniversary and my 60th birthday and the hotel couldn't have done much more (other than a room upgrade) to make us feel special.
We love the tranquility of the hotel. No matter how busy it is you can always find a quite space to sit and relax or read a book. The pools were never too busy and there are always plenty of sunbeds.

Cons:

We did notice, however, that the buffet offerings for both breakfast and evening meal were not quite as good as last time. Evening meals in particular just lacked 'completeness...there would be a great cut of meal or fish, beautifully cooked but then nothing to pair it with. Stroganoff without rice etc just a little disappointing.
The water situation is also frankly ridiculous. You get water in your room daily, you can help yourself to water during the day but come the evening meal and you pay for water at ridiculous prices.

Un hôtel magnifique situé dans un endroit de rêve. Très sauvage.
Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifique. La partie bar et le charme de l’hacienda. L’emplacement idéal, notamment pour le golf. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner magnifique.

Cons:

Il y a quelques détails qui ont un peu gâché le séjour.
Nous avons eu besoin d’aller à la pharmacie en urgence dans le village de Buenavista del Norte. Le monsieur au desk n’a pas voulu appeler un taxi sans prétexte que c’était trop proche (15 minutes à pied) et n’a proposé aucune autre solution, seulement d’y aller à pied, sans même nous indiquer le chemin.
De même que lors de notre départ, pas de personnel pour prendre les valises et gros bagages de golf à la
Chambre. Nous avons du tout porter dans les escaliers.. pas vraiment les prestations d’un hôtel 5 étoiles.
Autrement personnel adorable, notamment Paolo.

L’hôtel est au calme, les chambres confortables.
Literie parfaite pour nous, bain très apprécié et petite attention dans la chambre :)

Cons:

La suite donnait sur une terrasse dont nous n’avons pas réellement profité car la vue était sur le filet du golf… mais ce n’est qu’un détail !

Pros:

Gorgeous setting and design. Spacious, beautiful and comfortable sea view suite. The staff was absolutely lovely and helpful. The setup of the sunbeds around the hotel is done in a way that even if the place is crowded (NYE) if feels intimate. Great for golfing, spa and lazing around doing absolutely nothing. Very clean too. The morning and evening buffet were absolutely stellar.

Cons:

Paid for a sea view suite and they still charged us for water at the end of our stay which is a cheap move given the price we paid. The gym can hardly be called a gym, more a room for 3ppl to train at the same time (very few equipment). Lunch options onsite are limited, not the tastiest and there isn’t much around. Most unfortunate uncomfortable couch in the suite and no access to streaming apps on the TV which would be an easy fix.
The price of being in the gorgeous mountains and away from the touristic areas means there is very little to do without driving on very challenging roads for 40mins-1h.

Pros:

Les promenades semi sauvage le long de la mer et du golf. Très bonne animation par une chanteuse asiatique exceptionnel avec apéro offert lors d'une soirée.

Cons:

Le buffet chaud . Pourquoi de la sauce bernaise au petit déjeuner et aucune sauce avec les viandes et poissons à cuire au diner. Il doivent engager un saucier dans leur cuisine. Mauvaise météo, j'ai attrapé une bronchite. Pas de pancarte pour indiquer que le suite peut être nettoyer, seulement une pour ne pas être déranger.

Établissement de caractère dans une zone à redécouvrir
Pros:

Bel établissement dans un environnement exceptionnel.Chambres confortables,bien équipées.L’hôtel est situé dans une partie très originale de Ténérife,très différente du reste de l’île et à proximité de la très belle ville coloniale de Garachico.
