Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt und die gesamte Hotelanlage ist außergewöhnlich schön, sehr gepflegt und blitzsauber. Man merkt überall, wie viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und eine angenehme Atmosphäre gelegt wird.
Das Personal war durchweg herzlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt.
Auch das Essen hat uns überzeugt. Sowohl das Buffet als auch die À-la-carte-Restaurants bieten eine tolle Auswahl und sehr leckere Speisen. Hier findet wirklich jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack.
Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Isolarsi dalla monotonia quotidiana
Pros:

Ottima colazione, molto varia e ben fornita, con un buffet ricco di alternative. I prodotti erano sempre di ottima qualità. La presenza di diverse piscine di varie dimensioni, insieme alla spa, alla palestra e al campo da golf, rende l'esperienza davvero particolare.
Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli come dalle foto!
Per chi cerca una vacanza all'insegna del relax e desidera staccare quasi completamente dalla quotidianità, anche senza la necessità di svolgere molte attività, questo hotel potrebbe essere la scelta ideale.
Molto bella anche la vista sulla costa e sulle piccole località limitrofe, perfette per trascorrere qualche giornata visitando i caratteristici centri storici.
Se da un lato l'isolamento e la distanza dalle principali attrazioni dell'isola hanno rappresentato, per me, un punto a sfavore, dall'altro la posizione è ideale per chi ama andare in bicicletta, muoversi con piccoli mezzi o fare escursioni in zone tranquille e poco frequentate. Raggiungere Playa de Las Américas e altre località del sud richiede infatti di percorrere numerosi tornanti e strade strette che attraversano le colline. Preparatevi quindi a un vero e proprio "giro sulle montagne russe" in auto! In compenso, i paesaggi sono davvero spettacolari.

Cons:

L'hotel si trova in una zona molto isolata, difficilmente raggiungibile senza un mezzo proprio. Se il vostro obiettivo è visitare gran parte dell'isola, questa posizione potrebbe risultare meno pratica rispetto ad altre aree meglio collegate. L'isolamento, però, è una medaglia a due facce: se invece cercate una vacanza per staccare completamente la spina, questa struttura è perfetta!
Essendo stata la mia prima esperienza in un hotel riservato agli adulti, ho avuto impressioni contrastanti. Se cercate un ambiente frequentato prevalentemente da giovani, probabilmente questo hotel non fa per voi. Durante il nostro soggiorno, infatti, l'età media degli ospiti era decisamente superiore ai 30 anni. Per alcuni sarà un vantaggio, per altri potrebbe rappresentare uno svantaggio.
Se la colazione mi ha pienamente soddisfatto per varietà e qualità, la cena mi ha convinto meno. Il ristorante incluso nella mezza pensione propone alcuni antipasti a buffet e un menu alla carta dal quale è possibile ordinare liberamente le portate desiderate. La qualità degli ingredienti è sempre stata elevata, ma personalmente ho trovato alcune combinazioni di sapori un po' troppo particolari e non sempre di mio gradimento. Naturalmente si tratta di una valutazione del tutto soggettiva. Da segnalare inoltre che le bevande, compresa l'acqua, sono a pagamento.
Infine, avrei apprezzato una maggiore varietà di attività organizzate. L'offerta è orientata soprattutto a yoga, mindfulness e percorsi di rilassamento; chi preferisce attività più dinamiche o interattive potrebbe trovare le opzioni un po' limitate.

Ein Kleinod im grünen Norden
Pros:

Phantastische Lage an der grünen Nordseite der Insel. Keine weiteren Hotels. Ruhig, wunderschöne Poollansschaft, gepflegte und sehr schöne Gartenanlage, sehr gute Restaurants und Bars, im Zimmer jeglicher Komfort, super freundliches Personal, auch für Nichtgolfer ein Paradies. Wir kommen wieder.

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, but inconsistent service
Pros:

- Beautiful location with views of the Atlantic and the mountains.
- The hotel goes beyond what is expected in this price category by providing turndown service, complimentary snacks, and transfers to the golf resort and the Atlantico Club.
- Amazing hotel grounds with plenty to explore, including a snooker table, botanical garden, games room, and hidden corners with Bali beds and whirlpools.
- Large standard rooms.
- The Atlantico Club is absolutely stunning.
- Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

- Inconsistent service. For example, the turndown service was performed differently each day.
- Unfortunately, we did not sleep well during our stay. We are not sure whether this was more due to the beds or the insufficient AC.
- The watter in all of the pools was a bit cold for us. It would be nice if at least one of them had warmer water.
- The dining options were hit or miss.

Un posto MERAVIGLIOSO

Panorama da togliere il fiato..10+ mi sembrava di essere nella villa di Jurassic park 😁🫶

Cons:

se devo trovare una pecca , non riguarda il resort ma la strada che porta a San Tiago del Teide è abbastanza impegnativa è piena di tornanti , ma regala comunque bellissimi paesaggi da vedere.
