Peaceful and amazing facilities
Pros:

Peaceful and quiet hotel, the facilities felt very high end and we had a very relaxing stay overall. All you can hear is the wind and the birds. The quality of the breakfast was amazing and staff are very helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

The jacuzzi was closed during the day when we stayed.
As peaceful as the location is, I wouldn't stay for longer than 2 nights as it's a bit remote to do any day trips.

Einfach alles - abgelegen, wunderschöner Ausblick, schöne Anlage, ausreichend Platz für alle an Pools, Bar, Restaurants. Die Bauweise, die Ausstattung und Deko, die Mitarbeiter etc.

Luxurious and relaxing break within a beautiful setting.
Pros:

The property is beautifully designed and exceptionally clean. The views of the mountains and ocean are lovely. The staff were extremely welcoming. The service was excellent.

Cons:

The nearest town was a drive away so you need to have a car to easily access the surrounding villages and towns.

Presiunea apei la duș foarte buna, piscinele, zonele de relaxare, terasa camerei. In concluzie un hotel de neratat pentru Tenerife

Salteaua patului este prea tare pentru gustul meu, as fi preferat un toper moale peste ea.

Primire călduroasă, personal deosebit de amabil, locație de vis, ce îmbină frumos un stil vintage de tradiție locală, cu modernul. Mic dejun variat, bogat, foarte bun calitativ, foarte bine exemplificate sortimentele alimentare, ore de luat mic dejun si intervalul orar, absolut rezonabile, ambient la nivelul așteptărilor. Seri cu muzică, de toate genurile, barul Ikko oferind un ambient deosebit. Piscine cu apă încălzită, cu jacuzzi, cu spa, săli de sport, posibilitatea de a închiria biciclete etc. Într-un cuvânt: MINUNAT!

A quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas which was what we wanted.
Pros:

1. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. 2. Breakfast was excellent with a huge range of bread, cereals, fruit, juices, eggs, meats and even porridge. 2. The complimentary yoga, stretching and meditation classes were excellent. 3. The golf course was on hand and easy to book at reception.

Cons:

1. The dinner was not really five star. It is difficult to be five star if offering a hot buffet. The hot dishes were not appealing. The exception was the ability to have fresh fish or meat cooked on a hot plate to one's own specific requirements at a cooking station. The desserts were abundant and varied. 2. Our room was supposed to have a sea view but really if looked out onto high netting in front of the golf course with the sea barley visible beyond. 3. The spa was not included in the hotel price - you had to pay extra and this was not clear in advance.

Wir waren begeistert und würden das sofort wieder buchen.
Pros:

Essen war Buffet, aber ausgezeichnet, abwechslungsreich und auch für Gourmets geeignet. Ebenso das tolle Frühstück. Sehr lecker alles.
Die Lage war wundervoll direkt am Golfplatz mit Blick aufs Meer, alles sehr ruhig. Wandern war vom Hotel aus direkt möglich.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, etwas mehr old style.
