The staff were great!
The room is tiny and the TV quality was well below par. The shower/bathtub water transition was also a challenge. The preparation of omelets where ham is part of the ingredients meant I couldn't have an omelet which is my breakfast staple: these days pork/pig ingredients and products are not placed close to the "regular" ingredients and products because that causes challenges to people who don't eat those because of health or religious reasons.

I liked everything about the hotel, the stuff, the location, the room, the set-up, and the entertainment at the restaurant. Wow, playing Paradis, it seems like you knew it was one of my favorite songs. Everything was top top top. Thumbs up to

The parking lot yooo , I don’t know but it’s a bit small and packed , no wide space for vehicle , too limited 😫
The breakfast was good there were variety of food to choose from. The location is very good and easy to find
The breakfast was nice, the check-in process was seamless.
The hotel should include the times of the shuttle to and from the mall on booking.com, I was a lil disappointed that the only time the shuttle leaves for the mall is at 2pm. I struggled with my shuttle at 17:00 to my graduation venue, the driver only came at 17:20 meaning I was late for my graduation and he was quite nonchalant about it. The showers curtain is unhygienic and I’d suggest that a shower glass should be considered, the dust in the room, especially the bathroom was something else, I literally had to use a wet wipe to clean the basin and toilet.
