Absolutely exceeded expectations.
Pros:

I was there for only one night over a holiday weekend and nearly everything was closed, but the restaurant in the hotel was perfect. I had a wonderful dinner, and the breakfast spread was incredible. Room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Gorgeous views and great location.

Pros:

Good location on water and stunning views. Nice coffee machine and even room service. Shower was good and bed linen white and crispy. Restaurant offer limited food and same menu to room service but was good enough. Free coffee station at reception was a nice touch! Friendly accommodating staff. Very good delicious breakfast! It we ever come to kirkenes again, this is the only place to stay.

Cons:

Patio area from where to view northern lights have bright lights making viewing less and a disturbance in bedrooms from below. Limited menu at restaurant.

Situated right on the quay, this hotel offers fantastic views of the Barents Sea and an incredibly convenient location if you arrive in town by ship. The rooms are modern, clean, and provide all the comforts you’d expect from a high-quality hotel. The large windows in the common areas allow you to stay warm while admiring the dramatic landscape outside.
The breakfast buffet is one of the best in the region, featuring a wide array of fresh, local options to fuel your adventures – so many to chose from! The staff is very friendly, professional and always ready to help with answering any question. We only stayed one night, and it was the perfect home base to visit Kirkenes.
