Sehr gutes Frühstück, gutes sauberes großes Bad, tolle Lage am Fjord
Die Einrichtungen des Zimmers waren sehr modern und hochwertig. Der Stil hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, das auf den Hafeneingang ausgerichtet war – hübsch anzuschauen. Wir haben das Hotel nur eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp zwischen Schifffahrt und Flug genutzt. Kirkenes selbst bietet wenig Interessantes. Das Hotel zeichnet sich durch ein fantastisches Frühstück aus. Genau dieses Hotel würden wir noch einmal nehmen, wenn wir noch einmal in Kirkenes übernachten sollten.

We got a room on a high floor and a good view
The best part of the stay was the restaurant, and breakfast, all staff in the restaurant were super friendly and welcoming, breakfast was amazing so nothing to complain
We could not get a table in the restaurant for dinner
There should be priority to the guests that are staying in the hotel

Convenient location near the port, nice view across the fjord. Huge choice for breakfast, possibly too much as I doubt many people stay for more than one night or two. One coffee machine was already broken on our first day, the other one broke down too on the second day. Slightly more focus on better quality and service rather than quantity would improve the experience.
Room was very spacious and clean though.
Despite the size of the room, the bed was quite small, perhaps 150/160cm. Bathroom had not a single shelf, nowhere to put anything apart from your toothbrush on the sink.
Reception staff was unhelpful. We wanted to know about local busses and were pointed to a display of airport connections with no further comment or assistance. When I asked about other buses (we had not asked about going to the airport) I was told there was only one hourly connection but not where the stop was. Staff at breakfast did not speak English, French, Spanish or German, only Norwegian and Russian.
