We arrived in Capetown with an early morning flight
Best team supporting and best atmosphere
Room was standard looking. Floor was not swept on first day, then realized a dirty towel was on the rack. When I talked to the front desk they said sorry but no solution to rectify it. I then had to phone down to get my towel replaced. Next day, the floor was still not swept with debris like cereal on the floor. Window howled for the wind as wouldn’t seal, we had to put a bag around the seal to stop it. Service at the restaurant in the evening was very slow, had to keep asking for things like condiments or cutlery. They forgot one person’s meal completely. Morning breakfast was good and so was the service. No real common area to play games with friends. Location was good with a small convenience store nearby. Shuttle service was good. Room was not to standard for the price. Would not stay here again.

They had complimentary shuttle to the V&A waterfront. Also a Concierge who could arrange transportation on your behalf.

Staff made us feel very welcome. Stored our bags while we went touring. Great room service. Airport shuttle reasonable. Room safe didn’t work so they upgraded us. Would definitely stay again.
