Very accomodating
Pros:

The rooms were a nice size and very comfortable. Thank you for accomodating my dogs. Staff were excellent and very friendly.

Cons:

There was no little green patch to walk the dogs. Room service food was fresh but not very tasty. Past was very under cooked. Salad was drenched in dressing, chips were stone cold. Location does not feel safe.

Pros:

Helpful, friendly staff who helped us check-in early. Useful shuttlebus to/from V&A Waterfront that we made good use of. Good breakfast choice. Comfortable room.

Cons:

Low hotel occupancy at Easter was not reflected in the price we paid
