Seasons Hotel - Resort on The Beach

Really nice hotel for the price!

The Seasons was adequate, after our room was changed to something a little more updated. Location was good and restaurant meals were plentiful.

Hôtel à fuir: saleté inimaginable -cafards- vétusté - chambres faites rapidement et incomplètement 1 jour sur 2 et après avoir protesté. Poubelles non vidées. Petit déjeuner de mauvaise qualité et peu varié ne correspondant pas au petit déjeuner israélien.

On the first night there was a flood in our room. Water pouring from the ceiling from a burst pipe. Although we were given another room to stay in, no one from the hotel helped us move our belongings to the new room and NO ONE APOLOGISED. We asked to speak to the manager 3 times and either ‘she wasn’t in yet or she was at lunch or she had gone home’. On the last day of our trip, when I shouted at the receptionist someone did come out and offered us a free evening meal.
Don’t stay at this hotel!!

Horrible experience

Very old hotel what need general upgrade

The lobby seemed decent and probably remodeled. However, the hallway to our rooms was very old, dingy, and had a terrible smell. The room itself was clean felt almost like a large closet that had been turned into a hotel room. Breakfast was fine, customer service at breakfast was fine. I would not stay here again.

Horrible property. Avoid staying here and pay a little more.
It is very old and doors don’t close and everything creaks and is a bit dirty.
Poor lighting and very bad air conditioning. Hotel always has humidity.
Pool and amenities close very early.

The nastiest hotel I have ever been, staff was OK, people in the hotel were very racist.
bathroom was nasty. They left us two dirty towels for five people, no iron or iron table, no toilet paper so basically we had to ask for everything we needed, which usually are bare minimum when you rent a hotel or an apartment or whatevere,bare minimum when you rent a hotel or an apartment or whatever especially when you pay $450 for one night

Staff was great. Location was great. Beautiful views.

Hotel seemed like it was may have been fancy in the 1980s (?). Somewhat cheaply updated room, but suited our needs just fine. Comfortable beds. Large balcony, beautiful view of sea. Free parking on premises. Lovely pool, but only open until 5:00pm. Location quiet, not right next to center of town, but walkable. Free full Israeli breakfast. Host at desk was so lovely. Would come again.

For me the hotel was perfect. Rooms are very big with great view. Clean and everything was working.

The Hotel is in a great location with amazing views of the beach from our room. So helpful to have free parking on site. Breakfast was good and more than plentiful.

However, the towels and sheets were cheap and it showed. They were most disappointing. Upgrading those details would take this hotel to the next level.
