Bon emplacement et personnel agréable, mais l’hôtel est vieillissant et décevant.

Le personnel et l'emplacement.

Cons:

L’emplacement est très bien, et le personnel est vraiment agréable et professionnel.
Cependant, l’hôtel montre des signes de vieillissement ; il a certainement été très beau en son temps.
La salle de bain mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. Notre chambre (N°5), située près de l’entrée, donnait sur le parking et le jardin, face à une table, ce qui ne permettait pas d’ouvrir les fenêtres en toute discrétion.
J’ai également remarqué un dessous de chaise taché, et les fauteuils de l’entrée étaient, à mon sens, un peu négligés.
Le petit déjeuner est correct.
Dans l’ensemble, je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel, même si le personnel reste un vrai point positif.

det var en rigtig fin oplevelse at bo på hotellet, men vi vil anbefale at der kom et lille køleskab på værelset, ellers
Pros:

det rigtig godt placeret, og så var det rigtig fint at der var parkering inde på hotellets område, dejlig have hvor der blev serveret morgenmad.
det er og dejlig at der var aircondition på værelset

Cons:

Vi godt tænker os at det var et køleskab på værelset, temperaturen var over 33 grader uden dørs og der var behov for meget koldt vand.

Bel établissement, calme
Pros:

Jolie bâtisse avec un joli jardin.
Parking sur place et gratuit hors ZTL.
Proche des centres d'intérêts de Florence, nous avons tout fait à pieds.
Petit-déjeuner proposant du salé, du sucré, des boissons chaudes ou froides, nous le prenions dans le jardin ombragé, c'était très agréable

Cons:

Chambre vieillotte ( vieux meubles, tapis au sol), c'est le style de cet établissement mais ça fait un peu passé et pas très net, bien que tout avait l'air propre.

Charmant hotel dans un endroit tranquille
Pros:

Charmant hotel authentique et romantique a 2 pas de la Porta Romana, des transports (bus,taxis), des restaurants et petits commerces. Son jardin ombrage dans cet endroit tranquille est ideal pour y prendre son petit dejeuner, grignoter des specialites toscanes ou boire un verre.Toute l equipe est au petits soins et tres professionnelle. Un grand merci a Benedetta et Sam pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur aide precieuse (nous etions en periode de canicule...). Je recommande vivement cet hotel.

Wir haben es sehr genossen
Pros:

Super freundliches und nettes Personal. Viele nette Gespräche geführt und immer hilfsbereit. Frühstück im Garten war toll. Parken direkt am Hotel war auch prima.

Close to a lovely part of the city , excellent room

Cons:

Location of the room was right next to the garbage outside and near the front desk , the shower overflowed all over the bathroom floor so I was concerned about mold issues in the bathroom

Cons:

W pokoju dosłownie jedno gniazdko elektryczne, więc albo ładowanie telefonu albo oglądanie TV. Słabej jakości śniadania.

Sehr gut!
Pros:

Lage sehr gut- zu Fuß kann Zentrum erreichen
Frühstück- mehr italienisch also ,,sehr süß'' aber man konnte auch Toast mit Schinken haben
Zimmer- nett, gemütlich, sauber, Klima, Badezimmer groß und sauber

localizacao e equipe muito gentil e atenciosa

Cons:

imovel antigo, camas antigas, colchoes muito usados. A propriedade é bonita, mas precisa de muita manutencao, casa antiga, moveis e quartos muito antigos. O que realmente vale a pena é a localização e a equipe que é muito gentil e solicita.

What an amazing place to stay!
Pros:

I loved everything about it, the lady at the reception desk was so lovely. The hotel is stunning, nice and clean. I’m so glad I booked to stay there. I only stayed for the night as I had the Linkin Park concert to go to, location is great, hotel is very much near palazzo pitti and duomo cathedral by bus!

Cons:

I cannot find anything I don’t like about the property, I will say tho that the charging ports didn’t work for me which unfortunately I had to go to a cafe to charge my phone but other than that I’d love to come back here again and miss it already. Beautiful area and beautiful city. Florence has my heart and this hotel I will never forget it. Highly recommend those to book here :)

Petit déjeuner un gros point négatif.
Pros:

Très bel hôtel dans un beau patrimoine

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas qualitatif
La viennoiserie sous cellophane est non attirante.De même les timbales en plastique à la fois au petit déjeuner et dans la chambre.
L’hôtel a un emplacement idéal, l’accueil est chaleureux, un parking très bien .
