Good location price value but don't expect luxura or extra for that
Pros:

Hotel was well situated in the city and near a public parking
Staff was accommodating and let me stay in the employee parking under the hotel because I was handicapped but I had to bargain and pay for it

Cons:

Handicap bathroom was not heated and cold in December, only source of heat was AC located over the room access door and in another room
Hotel was a little bit dark inside
Few street parking and you have to pay for it
Access through the street was awkward since you had to enter an empty hallway leading to an elevator to the lobby
No parking for guest in the hotel even for handicap people
