Pleasant stay.
Pros:

Comfortable beds and bedding. Complimentary breakfast. Close to everything you expect to visit when in Katoomba. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes.

Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

It’s a great location- close to Main Street and near bus stop to Three Sisters. The receptionist couldn’t have been nicer and was pleasant every time I saw her. I appreciated that try provide breakfast not many places do that anymore and it’s a nice touch.

Cons:

The upstairs of the hotel smelled musty. And while the hotel does have some beautiful old features it really needs some TLC -especially the carpets which are stained and worn out. A really small ensuite bathroom with very small shower cubicle.

Omg the bed was sooooo comfortable!!!! I feature my room and the hotel facilities in my coming back to Australia vlog on my YouTube channel ‘vicky viola vlogs’ You can see all of the hotel, a room tour and the surroundings of the hotel in my vlog! Enjoy

Pros:

The property was in an excellent location. The staff (lady) was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast was nice

Cons:

Could have been cleaner. It's a beautiful old building with lovely lounge areas, however needs a good clean. Room hadn't been vacuumed.

Cute hotel big on charm and service, great value for money.
Pros:

The heritage decor is gorgeous, a real blast from the past. The staff are very helpful, and since it is an old building with an old layout, the concierge walked me through the layout. The rooms are comfortable, modern bathrooms, comfy beds, very simple but that was all we needed.

Cons:

It is an old building so there is no lift, for those who can't climb stairs. Not a problem for us, but would be for others.
