like the location near all events I was attending rooms were nice cozy everything good

Cons:

didn't like the handling of the staff billing my credit card before I arrived and doubled billed the card was suppose to pay upon arrival at the hotel had alot of confusion trying to refund my credit card

I booked this property for my daughter and grandson. Unfortunately I used my last name instead of hers. Even though my daughter had the reservation number, the person at the counter gave her a hard time and was about 15 minutes before they accepted the reservation was hers. I mean come on, who else would have the email and reservation number 🤷‍♂️. Yes, it definitely was my error, but with the provided info, shouldn’t have been an issue. They could have even called me.

Stay was fine and would stay again.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and nice. Price is fair. Over all facility is nice.

Cons:

Breakfast is okay but, ran out of things one day. Even ran out of milk.
We had three rooms, Two was hard to get the temperature adjusted. One, the door would not latch or lock when you left.
