Would not stay here again.

Very convenient location

Cons:

Not very clean. The carpets were clearly not vacuumed and the first room we walked into looked like the bathroom had not been cleaned. The pull out couch sheets were rolled up in a ball and placed in a bag in the closet which made be feel they had not been cleaned. We switched rooms and there were similar issues….toys from a previous guest behind the tv. Towels were not folded, the bathroom sink looked poorly cleaned.

Location and cleanliness.

Cons:

Trouble understanding service attendant at desk. Cart to transport luggage handles kept coming out making difficult to control. Heat was on in room when we arrived 84 ° outside. Never really cooled down all night. Bed too high on no step stools available to assist. Then breakfast was fair. However toaster for muffins and toast would not heat up.

Pros:

The location was close to where we needed to be.

Cons:

Our room had no blankets or towels. We called numerous times and had to use what we packed as extras for the water park. The hallway smelled like marijuana. The pool area was filthy. The breakfast area was full of the kitchen staff friend that took up the entire room.

Pros:

Price! Room was good, bed was comfortable , liked having a couch in the room.

Cons:

.There were a few things missing from the room when we got there. It was taken care of. Did still had issue with TV that night was unable to shut off with remote had to unplug, next morning TV wouldn’t work in the morning. Disappointed with breakfast.

Convenient for what I wanted
Pros:

Fair to average.

Cons:

Had a dripping shower which maintenence looked at said he be back, but didn't . No problem for me though.

Nuestro hotel cerca del parque Hershey's
Pros:

Disponible a la hora que llegamos y cumple las expectativas comparando con lo que se ve en las fotos.
Bien ubicado y muy cómodo y seguro. Buenas opciones en el desayuno.

Cons:

No nos hicieron limpieza de la habitación el día siguiente a nuestra llegada, a pesar de haberlo indicado expresamente al personal de servicio.

This place was ok nothing great.
Pros:

Beds were clean, Breakfast was included and did have hot food as well

Cons:

Bed sheets had a burnt smell.
Only received 2 towels and 2 wash clothes for a 2 night stay with 2 people.
Coffee was horrible
Outside of property, not taken care of.

Great Room, Great staff, Great price
Pros:

Very friendly, kind staff
Very clean, well maintained, very nice room- (plenty of room, couch, desk) on the luxurious side!
Reasonably priced compared to many near Hersheypark

Cons:

I wished breakfast was until 11:00.

It was annoying, loud, dirty, and ignored for anything we requested

How close it was to our concert

Cons:

We asked for towels NEVER received them, had a king suit and 2 towels and 1 wash rag for two night stay. Requested more towels and pillows 8 different times. The bed was so squeaky and hard. So we could not go to the pool, no towels, couldn’t enjoy the bed to loud, couldn’t enjoy the tub unless we wanted to drip dry. We put our trash out in the hallway to be emptied and they took the trash cans and never gave them back. Worst stay I have been to in a long time. Will not be coming back. Ans the room was dusty and stinks
