Breakfast options were good

Cons:

My tv did not work and called the front office several times for a solution. They told me to unplug everything and plug back in but never worked. Had kids that wanted to watch a movie. They said they could check to see if we wanted to change rooms and put us on hold and we finally hung up after waiting. They never called back so we just said forget it.

Pros:

Everything was great. The only tiny issue we had was booking com switched my name putting last first, so it didn't match my confirmation number, so the system kept rejecting it. The desk clerks handled it quickly and pleasantly. Breakfast was great, rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly.

Quiet rooms with very comfortable beds were excellent.

The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

One of two elevators was broken. The one remaining elevator had many restrictions on it to prevent it from breaking. I found this issue in 3 of 4 Marriott hotels we visited. It would be interesting to know if all elevators were down for same reason. Marriott should have a company looking into this issue.

Le déjeuner était bien et le personnel qui y travaillait était très courtois
