設備は必要十分で、新しい感じで快適でした。
Pros:

・空調が部屋個別に調整でき、効き具合もよかった。
・エントランスの雰囲気がよく、設備も全体に新しく、ビジネスホテルより一つ上の感じを受けた。
・息子の北大受験で利用したが、札幌駅至近で、さらに北大との間に位置し、ロケーションは最高。受験生へのメッセージボードなどもあり、気遣いが嬉しかったです。

Cons:

・簡単なものでもいいのでコーヒーサービスが欲しかった。（見逃したのかもしれません）
・部屋着はもう少し丈が長い方がいい。
・エントランスの雰囲気はいいが、フロントまでに預かり荷物が並んでいる様子は雰囲気を壊しているし、無駄に歩かされている感じがした。防犯的にも気になった。

Pros:

A few minutes walk to Sapporo Station, convenience stores, and shopping malls (Daimaru, Stellar Place, Tokyu, Apia etc). Lots if good places to eat nearby.
