Nice location but improvement on staff, smell in bathroom and lack of bottled water.
Pros:

Location, it was near to the train station and shopping areas. The room size was comfortable.

Cons:

Upon arrival, we were told to do self check in and not much help was rendered when we tried to use the machine. The bathroom had a musty smell as the shower curtain was not air properly.
Bottle water was not given, instead staff told us to either drink from the tap or buy your own. Most hotels that charge this prize gives free bottled water so u can bring out.

Quite good hotel but small room (and bed)
Pros:

This hotel is quite okay. It being close tot Sapporo Station was nice (since we were traveling Japan by train). Although fast and without difficulty I experienced the “digital check-in” (on a terminal) not as welcoming as being serviced “live” at the front desk (but that’s a personal thing). The room was small as many in Japan, but clean and up standard equipt. The next door Izakaya (restaurant/bar) is really worth a recommendation. So forcomming staf, delicious food all in a lively atmosphere.

Stay Here when in Sapporo !
Pros:

Great Location at the NORTHERN side of Sapporo station. A SHORT FLAT 10 MINS WALK to / FROM SAPPORO station. Ease to get to the airport bus stand too that takes one direct to New Chitose airport.

Cons:

Nothing at all.

Pros:

住宿地點離車站約五分鐘很便利，北口相對南口安靜一些，我覺得很適合要移動去其他地點的人選擇。另外一樓的前台人員都很親切也有會中文的職員。

Pros:

札幌駅からも近く立地がよいです。
施設も清潔でよかったです。

Cons:

チェックインが21時過ぎていたためか、メーク落としなどのアメニティーがフロントにほとんど残ってなかったのが残念でした。
