Unsatisfactory. I will not recommend staying in this hotel.
Pros:

The convenient location. It’s only 2 short blocks from JR station, restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The inefficient room layout that makes a small room even smaller.
The unhelpful staff that complicates things. For example, I requested a breakfast staff on 14th fl. to use a knife to slice a loan of bread. Two told me to go talk to the receptionist on the first fl. The hotel will not want to help even such a simple matter.
In addition, unlike many hotels that I stayed throughout Hokkaido, the hotel has no lounge/rest area to allow customers to rest during the day.

Pros:

It's nearer North Exit of Sapporo station. Good if you have tour or hotel bus pickup which is mostly at North Exit.

I travelled in winter. So it's convenient with above in mind.

Enjoyable stay with a well connected location
Pros:

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and well kept building and facilities.

Cons:

Did not enjoy the buffet breakfast, found a lot of the food was cold. We did go toward the end of service time, however that shouldn’t really be a factor.

Small rooms but modern
Pros:

Location was close to the station. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

No water in rooms. Rooms are smaller and more expensive than APA. No almirah. No public bath.

삿포로 역에서 가까워서 이동하기 좋습니다.
시설이 깔끔합니다.
조식이 시간은 짧지만 맛있고 전망이 좋습니다.

Cons:

객실이 생각보다 조금 작습니다.
조식 먹는 식당 공간이 작습니다.
