Pros:

チェックイン前に荷物を預けに伺ったのですが、時間がなく急いでいたらスタッフの方に"番号札だけお渡しするのでお気をつけて行ってらっしゃいませ"と言っていただき、ギリギリ電車に間に合いました。本来、荷物を預ける時は手続きが必要なのに、スタッフの方の臨機応変な対応にとても感謝しております。

駅からも近く、フロント含む施設も綺麗でした。
アメニティーもフロントから必要な物だけ持っていくシステムなので無駄がなくいいと思いました。
また札幌に行く機会があれば利用させていただきます。

We arrived at 2:15 pm. One staff told us that the room is not ready. Fair enough as the check in was 3pm. She gave us QR code to fill in information so that we can deposit luggage. We filled in information, repacked and went to counter to deposit. The other staff manning the counter told us, no need to do all this as we can go into the room now. She started checking us in. Then the previous staff returned and told her something in native language. After sometime, we were given hand tokens for our luggage to be deposited. By that time it was already 2:45pm.
We were already tired. This was perhaps worst check in experience in Japan I ever had.

Next thing is the price vs the room. You can get better hotel rooms for the price in the same location.
