浴室裡面洗手台、蓮蓬頭出水量都很小，洗澡洗手非常不方便，另外免治馬桶也很老舊經常罷工到最後幾天都無法使用

これは仕方のない事だが宿泊階が３階だった為窓からの景色が、、、そこだけが残念だったかな

移動に便利なホテル！
Pros:

クチコミ通り札幌駅北口から近く、母が杖を使い歩くので近くて大変助かりました。お聞きしたい事がありフロントに行ったのですが修学旅行生がおり、お忙しい中詳しく観光案内をして下さり、親切丁寧な対応に感謝しております。

Cons:

立地的に仕方ない事ですけど、窓からは隣のビルから見えてるのでは？と思います。当然カーテンを閉めれば良い事ですけど…　朝食ですが、美味しかったです。でも北海道らしい物がもう少しあると思いましたけど少ないような気がしました。
