Too much money at night
Good room service
It was very clean the staff was great and it wZ very comfortable
The area wasn't the best
charged for two nights but only stayed for one
staff was rude and condescending, kicking us out for spilling some Cinnamon Toast Crunch on the floor!!!???
The location, room and the staff were amazing.
I was intially given a room that was already occupied by someone else who hasn’t checked out and it was very uncomfortable.

It's a bit soulless, paper cups, bad coffee, dated decor.
According to the front desk staff, it is "disrepectful" to call them out for not having a room booked for a 3pm check in time, still not ready after 7pm and it is somehow justifed to ban people for calling out such unacceptable behavior. Corparate needs to investigate the staff at this location, as they are not doing their jobs and doubling down on their incompetence by turning down paying repeat customers for calling them out on their inabilty to perform their job duties at the most basic standards (ie having a room booked for a 3pm check in ready by after 7pm).
