Punk Lazy Staff on a Power Trip
Cons:

According to the front desk staff, it is "disrepectful" to call them out for not having a room booked for a 3pm check in time, still not ready after 7pm and it is somehow justifed to ban people for calling out such unacceptable behavior. Corparate needs to investigate the staff at this location, as they are not doing their jobs and doubling down on their incompetence by turning down paying repeat customers for calling them out on their inabilty to perform their job duties at the most basic standards (ie having a room booked for a 3pm check in ready by after 7pm).

Pros:

The Hotel was quiet & peaceful. It smelt great when we walked through the door. Everyone I encountered at the Front desk was amazing & very courteous. The room was very clean, bed was perfect. The towels were exceptional white. Everything was perfect! There was ample parking. Breakfast was great! Shopping was close by. Loved this hotel, looking forward to stay here in the future.

Cons:

There was nothing for me to complain about. It was really worth the money.

Overall it was a nice place to stay for the weekend.
Pros:

It’s a great property in that it was clean, the rooms are set nicely, plenty of parking in the back where you can see your car, friendly staff, etc.

Cons:

The dislikes are that I was waiting to check out and ask a question but no one was at the front desk. A maintenance member happened to walk by after a few minutes and found the young front desk staff mingling at a breakfast table with guests. People were smoking weed on my floor because there was such a strong smell of it in the middle of the night.
