Ce mini appartement a bien fait le job.
Pros:

Mini appartement propre, fonctionnel. Le lit est bon. Cela correspond à la description.
C'est très proche de la gare et de l'université campus St Charles.
L'insonorisation avec l'extérieur est bonne malgré la proximité de la gare (fenêtre fermée).
Quelqu'un à l'accueil, même tard : pratique et rassurant.

Cons:

Très mauvaise insonorisation entre les appartements : on entendait une fermeture éclaire qui s'ouvre dans celui d'à côté (heureusement voisins discrets).
Le code wifi qui change d'un mois sur l'autre sans prévenir.
Le fonctionnement du chauffage, il faisait trop chaud.
L'odeur des gels-savons : puisqu'il y en a deux peut-être prévoir des gels avec des odeurs très différentes ou sans odeur.

Nous n'avons pas testé le petit déjeuner, ayant trouvé le tarif
