Pros:

Had to stay here due to flights being cancelled it was fine - some of the staff were lovely others not so good

I would probably stay somewhere else because no free breakfast and the coffee in the morning was bad
Pros:

The location was good close to highway and the mall across the street. The front desk employee was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

No clock and the coffee in the room was awful. Also, usually there is a coffee station in the lobby for early risers, but there wasn't .

Convenient to airport but will find a different stay next time.

Close to the airport that I needed

Cons:

Not the cleanest. Trash everywhere in the parking lot and flower beds. Hallway and lobby smelled like pot.

Excellent, friendly staff, clean, quiet and comfortable.

Friendly overnight stay at a great hotel
Pros:

Ease and convenience of the hotel. Fantastic staff especially the front desk person Thursday, Jan 29th. He was friendly and kept me updated when my Uber driver to the airport would arrive

It’s more adult or business friendly

Clean convient location.

Cons:

The pool was closed while we were swimming (we got the place for my daughter’s b day she wanted a sleepover swimming party) the gentleman seemed annoyed we were in the pool came in 2x then said the chemicals were off it would be closed all weekend. Talked to management Sunday morning she said that’s just how the guy is as far as his demeanor and that no one worked weekends that could fix the pool. Plus no continental breakfast it was ala cart just not kid friendly

Pros:

Firstly I would like to mention that this is my 4th trip to Pittsburgh this year and my first and last time staying in this hotel. First night, run out of conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. ( I had my own) second day the blow dryer didn’t work and took two phone call to front to get it replaced. The “clean” towel were stained with “red” disgusting. No usb to charge your devices, no microwave.
