Ich war schon einige Male Gast im Hotel, dieses Mal aber enttäuscht.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage.

Cons:

Personal war nicht sehr freundlich. Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht.

Nice location, nice hotel.

Cons:

Stayed in this hotel for many times and Breakfast was very good. Now it even can’t be called breakfast, do they have some cost cutting or something, but breakfast is very bad. Only one option Omelette and some avocado, bad coffee and only one cup. Due to breakfast will not stay there anymore.

The location was perfect. Good room size.
Getting taxi trough the hotel was easy. Good coffee

Cons:

Worst breakfast, 20 euro for a egg drenched in olive oil, feel like I was having olive oil for breakfast. Half an croissant, 2-3 tiny pieces cut out from a bread. Staff was never there, service was bad. Not a single smile from the staff. SUPER DUSTY.

PLEASE DONT GET THE BREAKFAST, MUCH BETTER PLACES EXACTLY OUTSIDE THE HOTEL.

Pros:

Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war sehr gut. Die Pflegeprodukte haben gut gerochen und der Empfang war interessant und inspirierend gestaltet.

Cons:

Das Quietschen des Aufzuges war im Zimmer zu hören. Barsituation war nicht intuitiv.

Lokatie is perfect. Kamers zijn mooi.

Cons:

Ontbijt was niet meer in hotel maar na doorvragen kregen we een coupon voor ontbijt bij een ontbijt cafe in de buurt. Medewerkers zijn aardig, maar het spat er niet vanaf. 6 maanden geleden vond ik dit allemaal veel beter.

Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung

Cons:

Das Personal. Man hat sich als Gast eher als Störfaktor gefühlt. Zum Teil hat sich das Personal untereinander lautstark unterhalten, Steuertipps ausgetauscht während schmutziges Geschirr stundenlang herumstand. Als ich gefragt habe ob es eine Kaffeemaschine gibt um mir einen Kaffee zu machen wurde die Frage laut wiederholt und ich wurde ungläubig angestarrt als wäre dies eine völlig abwegige Frage. Wir haben uns nicht mehr getraut irgendwas zu fragen weil der Umgang so ruppig war. Das Gegenteil von Gastfreundlich. Nur die Person beim Check In war sehr freundlich- war aber nur dieses eine Mal da. Schade, das hat unseren Aufenthalt negativ beeinflusst und wir würden das Hotel nicht empfehlen, gibt genug Hotels in Berlin wo man gerne Gäste hat.

Отель отличный. Площадь номера достаточная для проживания 1 человека. Персонал внимательный, но лишний раз не беспокоят.

Gut gelegen
Pros:

Das Zimmer war originell eingerichtet und komfortabel. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral fast direkt beim S-Bahnhof Savignyplatz.

Cons:

Das Personal war sowohl bei der Begrüssung wie auch beim Check-out sehr unterkühlt. Wir fühlten uns eher nicht so willkommen.

Pros:

Gute Lage und recht schöne Lobby

Cons:

Leider sehr, sehr dunkles Zimmer mit furchtbarem Interieur, das den Fotos sicher nicht gerecht wird. Schien auch schon etwas in die Tage gekommen, vor allem das Bad.
Ich hatte für 4 Nächte gebucht, habe das Hotel aber nach einer Nacht bereits verlassen - es war für mich nicht erträglich - und mir ein anderes Zimmer gesucht. Immerhin habe ich vom Gesamtpreis 20,85€ rückerstattet bekommen 😂.

Prima hotel voor city trip Berlijn
Pros:

Locatie, dicht bij S Bahn en restaurants.
Leuk ingerichte kamer, lekkere bedden

Cons:

Kleine kamers
Je betaald 50 euro borg per nacht, die was wel bij uit checken zelfde dag nog terug gestort
Parkeren met laadpaal was even zoeken maar uiteindelijk op 700 meter van hotel gevonden
Geen ontbijt, genoeg zaakjes bij het hotel om te ontbijten

Pros:

Prima locatie vlakbij restaurants, S-bahn, mooie buurt. Deur van het hotel is altijd open, altijd iemand aanwezig bij de receptie.

Cons:

Er was geen ontbijt. Dat bleek pas ter plaatse. Tijdens de boeking leek er wel ontbijt te zijn. Booking had deze gegevens moeten aanpassen.

Nie mehr wieder!
Pros:

Von 6 Nächten nur 2xReinigung; Fernseher mit überwiegend gestörten Sendeempfang; kein Frühstück obwohl als vorhanden angepriesen.Überwiegend nur englischsprachiges Personal die Reklanationen nicht weitergeben konnten?! Rechnung nicht transparent!
