Nonostante la zona sia vicina al mercato di channa market la strada in cui si trova l’hotel è silenziosa e tranquilla.
Pros:

Staff molto gentile e ben disposto al dialogo. Ci hanno aiutato in varie occasioni a risolvere problemi di natura burocratica. Gentilissimi e subito amichevoli. Abbiamo apprezzato molto materasso comodo, l’acqua calda e la doccia ben funzionante , le bottigliette di acqua sempre presenti in camera ed anche il taxi che ci è stato fornito dall’hotel.

Cons:

Struttura un po’ datata e da ristrutturare ma tutto sommato per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato va bene. Inoltre l’hotel è in un quartiere un po’ trasandato e questo fa sì che l’impatto iniziale non sia dei miglior. Ma questo non è colpa della struttura.

Pros:

Stanze pulitissime e bagni con box doccia (non scontato in India).
Lo staff è stato davvero gentilissimo e il manager molto simpatico!
È in una zona di Delhi non tra le più pulite, ma vicino a una metro e in una strada silenziosa.
In genere per cenare si deve ordinare prima, non preparando direttamente loro la cena. L'ultima sera eravamo stanchi, e pur avendo deciso all'ultimo momento di restare li, ci hanno fatto arrivare il cibo tranquillamente e nell'attesa ci hanno offerto un aperitivo!

Terrible experience and really uncomfortable stay.
Pros:

It was a place where I could sleep... though the noise and blaring tv in the lobby made even that part a bit of a challenge. The walls are thin and the location is not walkable. The room was spacious enough with a firm but comfortable enough bed.

Cons:

Sadly, there is not much that went well during my stay. I arrived late and the owner was already eager to push getting me a guide for the next day and sell me things. When I told him that I paid for one on Viator the next morning, he scowled and erupted, "Why did you do that!?!? You've been scammed." It was clear that he was only interested in making more money off of my stay, and eager to try to sell that he had the "best guides available" and could arrange all of my transfers to Jaipur and Agra via train or car all for the small fee of $700 dollars....

Later that evening, I ran into him on my way to explore Karol Bagh and get dinner he said don't do that its dangerous and tried to usher me back into the hotel to sell me on more services that I did not need or want. You cannot claim the hotel is "walkable" if the hotel employee/ owner literally tells you not to walk around at 5:30 PM.

Very uncomfortable and pushy, and not a welcoming feel for my arrival in Delhi. I barely wanted to go down for breakfast the next morning, because I felt so uncomfortable in the "lobby" aka employee hangout area. There was no genuine effort to help, it was all exploitation. The comforter on the bed had something on it.... I'm not going to make a guess on what it was, and I could never get the hot water heater to work. The breakfast was nominal. Some bread and banana and yoghurt. Enough to get you to lunch. These other things I would have turned a blind eye for the price, but how I was treated as a guest made me want to leave the hotel. Had I not just arrived in Delhi and been utterly exhausted I certainly would have. Don't expect to be treated as a guest. Expect to be treated as a wallet without compassion.

An excellent hotel, highly recommended!
Pros:

The welcome was very warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The rooms were very clean and well equipped, up to European standards. The neighbourhood felt safe, much better than Pharagang or Aerocity.

A good hotel. Clean, with excellent quality linens. It's located a little away from the noisy streets, so it's quiet. The rooms aren't very big, but if you're only there to sleep, it's more than enough. The breakfast was delicious, and they prepared it earlier than usual at our request, for which we are especially grateful. The staff is very friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Javed. He is very responsive to any request. I wish this hotel good luck, please don't lose your level of service.

Comfortable, with kind hosts.
Pros:

The rooms were very comfortable, as were the beds. The staff were friendly and helpful and keen to make sure their guests were happy and felt welcome. They suggested places for dinner and were happy to assist with trip planning. It was a pleasure to meet the owner and we would happily stay again.

Cons:

The location is not in the best part of Delhi but it is a quiet location, where we felt safe and it is within reasonable walking distance of the metro.
