Habitación familiar amplia a 10min en coche del centro
Pros:

La habitación 412 era amplísima!! Había 5 camas (1 matrimonio y 3 camas individuales (sillón-cama)) y muchísimo espacio libre! La cama de matrimonio era cómoda, las individuales se notaba que era sillón-cama, un poco menos cómoda pero a mis hijas no les importaba.

El desayuno estaba bien. No es una maravilla. Es buffet libre pero como no hay mucha oferta de restauración por la zona, no está mal.

El hotel tiene ascensor y baja al parking privado. Hay que reservar con antelación porque no hay muchas plazas. La entrada del garaje es bastante estrecha con una curva, así q hay riesgo de rascar si no has con mucho cuidado. Nosotros íbamos con un Touran y cabía justito. Las plazas de minusválidos las puedes usar como libres si en recepción no te dicen que están ocupadas. Eso se agradece porque hay 4 plazas imposibles.

Detrás del hotel hay un parque infantil que para niños pequeños está bastante bien. Hay mosquitos…

El hotel está a 10min en coche del centro antiguo de Annecy. Hay que aparcar en el parking Hotel de Ville (cubierto) o Bonlieu (descubierto). Se llenan enseguida, pero con paciencia siempre hay movimiento de salida y entrada.

Cons:

La ubicación del hotel está en un barrio que no tiene casi nada de restauración. Parece solo lugar dormitorio, por lo que hay que salir en coche a buscar restaurante para cenar o llegar ya cenado.

Las plazas de parking no están asignadas por lo que si sales, al volver te puede tocar una plaza complicada de aparcar ya que no son muy amplias.
Creo q hay 4 plazas muy complicadas por las columnas que hay que no las deben ofrecer, porque siempre estaban libres.

la qualité de la chambre, bon rapport qualité prix

Cons:

Nous avons attendu 20 min à notre arrivée pour être accueilli.
Et nous avons été réveillé par quelqu’un qui tondait la pelouse à 7h30 du matin, ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais l’isolation n’est pas la meilleure.

Il personale è stato molto gentile, la camera era pulita e spaziosa.

Cons:

Il parcheggio non era utilizzabile, troppo piccolo per la nostra auto. Avremmo apprezzato che ci fosse un ristorante in albergo in modo da poter cenare in struttura.

Ideal per passar-hi una nit. Els llits eren còmodes i tenia tot el necessari per a una estada curta.

L’habitació i el lavabo eren molt petits i l’hotel està una mica allunyat del centre, a uns 20-30 minuts caminant.

Die Mitarbeiterin bei unserer Ankunft war außerordentlich hilfsbereit und freundlich!

Kann ich nichts dazu sagen für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Preis Leistung hervorragend! Eventuell wäre ein Kühlschrank gut im Zimmer.

Tout était parfait SAUF le parking.
Pros:

Chambre et petits déjeuners parfaits. Personnel sympathique. Bon emplacement avec un arrêt de bus au pied de l’hôtel pour aller visiter la vieille ville d’Annecy. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
