Zimmer gut und zweckmässig, Dusche auch gut.
Waren auf der Durchreise ,für ins Zentrum muss man schon 2.5km laufen.

La surface de la chambre qui était supposée être de 12m2, l'absence totale de passage alors que j'étais seule, d'étagère, d'endroit pour s'asseoir, pour poser mon petit bagage, et même accéder facilement aux WC car il y avait un sèche-cheveux accroché au mur dans le passage

la stanza molto "basic" rispetto al prezzo pagato, NON abbiamo potuto usufruire del parcheggio perche' l'ingresso e' minuscolo e lo sconsiglio per auto di medie dimensioni, la zona colazione e' piccola e scomoda su piu' livelli, la colazione discreta ma mal disposta.
Le rapport qualité prix pour une ville relativement chère comme Annecy.
J'ai également apprécié le parking municipal gratuit et le silence car notre chambre donnait sur un parking.

Room was spacious.
A bit far from the old town area.
The rooms were too hot, in high summer and direct sunlight they need to be able to maximise the air conditioning but they said they couldn’t make it any colder - that it was locked at a certain temperature because of a French law.. but we had stayed in many other hotels in France that same trip and did not have the same problem. We got given a fan but this did not help.
The rooms are also very small, one side of the bed is almost touching the wall.
Breakfast was average. Dirty cutlery. Empty buffet. Under staffed, there was only one person working who was doing everything possible but there needed to be more people
The parking entrance is also very narrow and ceiling is low, we managed to get the car inside but this should have been warned.
