Die Lage

Cons:

Das Hotel ist richtig heruntergekommen. Ich war zuletzt am 18.01.26 im Hotel und es war super. Klein aber fein und sehr sauber. Doch jetzt ist es leider sehr heruntergekommen. Die Dusche ist sehr verdreckt und teilweise verschimmelt. Auch der Teppich im Flur ist sehr verdreckt. Das einzige Gute ist die Lage und das Personal.

Nice location but sadly would not return to this group of hotels as they lack on enemities and service levels as expecte

It was quaint, perfect location.

Memat was the best. Super helpful and understood English.

Arranged a tour. Bed, laundry.

Cons:

The breakfast area is very small. Unable to cater for many at once. There is no order like people using a whole table and dont give table to others.

Booking.com had a different booking to the hotel
We arrived and the first night we didn't have a second bed and they said we must pay extra but
We already paid extra so the next day we had to move rooms.

Language of English is a problem.

Renovations was happening on our floor, unable to sleep in the day.

Pool and sauna doesn't work.

Different staff shifts, so they don't communicate well.

Have to keep calling for housekeeping many times.

Bathrooms not the cleanest, can do with a refurb.

Very relaxing stay, with a nice dinner included. Good price value.
Pros:

Food was very good. Buffet at dinner and breakfast with multiple choices.
Staff was really friendly - Eylul was really supportive.

Localisation (close to public transport and metro 🚊). Comfy bed… nice breakfast 🥞

Cons:

Old hotel. All photos in booking good Photoshop. Very good. Noisy, very noisy. Small room.. SPA with no SPA. Bathroom poor toilettes and old shower. Reception hard to say… as we were sent twice away during check in time. Only after two men working there were very helpful and kind. Breakfast area no space to sit.. you have to wait for skip breakfast 🍳 . Big disappointment about SPA. Unclear info how to find room… 13…. doesn’t mean floor 1 here 3.

Pros:

Lokacija hotela je izvrsna, to je svakako olakšalo naš boravak. Osoblje je ljubazno i susretljivo, posebno Eylul sa kojom smo najviše komunicirali. Piše da je hotel 4*, ali recimo da je 3*, no za cijenu koju smo platili 4 noćenja sa polupansionom na odličnoj lokaciji ni ne treba očekivati luksuz. Preporučila bih svakako hotel drugima, posebno mladima koji dolaze u Istanbul.

the elevator was always broken and The break fast the same every day and it was poor break fast. And they didnt clean our room they did only our bed and got extra water,towels.

* The jacuzzi had no privacy, was located by the entrance, the water didn’t seem to be changed, and it was cold.
* The room and overall interior design were below the standard expected of a 4-star hotel.
