Pros:

Everything was excellent. Everything was clean, the hotel was great, and the location was perfect. The food was good as well. The receptionist, Eylul, was outstanding—she helped us with parking, treated us with great respect, and made us feel very welcome. We truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Thanks to her, we will definitely choose to stay at this hotel more often in the future

Wer hier ein klassisches 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet wird leider entäuscht. Es ist eher auf Jugendherbergen Niveau.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und die Lage war sehr gut

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren extrem abgenutzt, der Schallschutz war mangelhaft. Ich konnte jedes Wort im Nachbarszimmer hören und auch von draußen war es sehr laut. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war gerade so akzeptabel. Es gab nicht wie auf den Bildern zu sehen eine Terasse oder Dachterasse. Insofern waren diese Bilder irreführend.

Konaklama, hizmet, kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği çok iyidi. Fiyat ve kalite dengesi üst seviyede. Resepsiyon/Önbüro görevlisi Eylül hanım’a, housekeeping görevlisi Payam bey’e, lezzetli kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği için Fatma hanım ve Hasna hanıma teşekkür ediyorum. Otelinizde en kısa zamanda tekrar konaklamayı umuyorum. 🫶🏻
