Le parking fermé donne vue sur un hotel noirci par l'usine voisine. Mais à l'intérieur, la propreté des locaux et le professionnalisme du personnel fait vite oublier cette première impression. Les chambres sont propres et confortables, climatisées et dotées de TV, Wifi et sanitaires individuels, bien qu'exigus. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Très calme. Malgré la présence d’un groupe que l’hôtelier m’avait signalé … et il m’a mis dans une partie de l’hôtel plus calme

Une nuit après un anniversaire. Accueil extraordinaire ! Sachant que l'on sait que c'est un hôtel Low Cost, nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la qualité de l'endroit, le confort du lit, la gentillesse de tout le personnel croisé. Toutes nos demandes ont été rencontrées. Buffet petit-déjeuner très simple (uniquement sucré) mais à volonté donc n'ayez pas peur d'avoir faim.

Personnel sympathique et hôtel propre, mais : odeur de cigarette, pas d eau chaude,chasse d eau cassée, climatisation très bruyante même a l arrêt. La façade noircie de l hôtel peut rebouter.

Saleté, douche mal lavée, poiles partout dans la douche et les toilettes...
Bruit nocturne jusqu'à 5 h du matin.
Très grosse odeur de tabac dans la chambre(je suis non fumeur)
Femme de ménage insistante alor que mon départ était prévu à 14h.
Seule chose positive, le standardiste très agréable.

Nusset, lidt sjov lugt i værelset.
Men vi fik en natsøvn, ingen larm registreret.
Alt i alt opfyldte opholdet behovet for en nats søvn på vejen, men og så kun det.

L’accueil s’est fait normalement. Mais arrivés dans la chambre, il y a des grains de riz sur la table de chevet. Le lit du dessus n’a pas été refait et la taie d’oreiller semble sale (semble utilisé et pas changé) j ai donc pris un autre oreiller mais sans taie. Dans la salle de bain présence de poils (toilette et douche) et odeur d’urine très très forte !!! Le prix est très abordable mais la propreté à revoir.

Climatisation en panne et tellement bruyante même à l'arrêt que nous n'avons pas pu dormir. De plus, des travaux ont commencé vers 7h devant notre fenêtre.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement. Le personnel était accueillant et toujours disponible. La chambre était propre, bien équipée et très confortable. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le calme de l’endroit ainsi que le petit déjeuner varié et de qualité. Le service d’étage était efficace et discret. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

You get what you pay for, it was very cheap and expectations where limited. I would likely book something else next time I’m around. If you have a forgiving family you should be fine!

Very helpful and friendly staff. We had a late check-in and the staff waited for us until 11pm. The hotel is outside the city and you have to go through a coded gate to get to the hotel parking. Good and secure parking.

This hotel is anything but Premier or Classy.

From the moment we arrived, our stay was riddled with issues. The rooms had cigarette burn holes in the bedding, mouldy windows, stained toilets, and broken soap dispensers no shower gel or hand soap was provided, forcing us to buy our own. The shower was completely unusable, fluctuating between freezing cold and boiling hot.

Security was nonexistent. One of our room doors was found open late at night upon our return, and when we reported it, the male night staff was aggressive and intimidating and shouting at us in french, he offered nothing more than a replacement key card. The following day, we were assured that we could move to interconnecting rooms and were told that we could move our luggage out when we got back but upon returning from an outing and previously being told we didn't need to move our luggage to a safe place in the hotel, however, when we came back, our original rooms had been reassigned to someone else leaving our personal belongings behind with zero care. Thankfully, we had locked everything in our suitcases.

Breakfast was absolutely not worth the additional cost. Croissants, basic cereal, thin slices of sponge cake, cheap baguettes, yogurt, and poor-quality selections. Many mornings, items weren’t even stocked, and cups, glasses, and bowls were often dirty.

The hotel director acknowledged that we had initially been given the wrong rooms but refused to apologize or offer any proper compensation. His solution was offering us an ice cream for the inconvenience.

This hotel is unhygienic, unsafe, and operated by dismissive staff who show no care or respect or any regard to there paying guests. Avoid at all costs.
