Neighbors had wedding, so I almost di ed , because of their the loudest music:( anyway hotel is nice. I'll stay there again
the people working the property was kind but I was expect a bar and a spa as in the add and there wasn't either. The wifi wasn't great so I went to other places to get work done and eat and drink but over all was ok just not what I expected.
Staff were very helpful and accommodating of early check in and transport services. Excellent breakfast - lots of options buffet style, surprisingly good coffee. AC worked well as did the hot shower.
Hotel restaurant only open for breakfast, the only option for food in the neighborhood is street food. Hallways are quite dark - facilities obviously still recovering from Covid era. The bed was really hard so not very relaxing after flying so far.
The staff at Lucky Angkor were very friendly and eager to show their best hospitality. The even allowed me early check-in, and upgraded my room. The facility itself is showing signs of age, but the staff kept it very clean. There weren't many guests when I was there, so there was a kind of "empty" feeling, but my stay was quiet and relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was good. The property is along the main highway, but rooms are in a building further back where it's quiet. The local neighborhood doesn't have much for dining options, so one might need to take a "tuk-tuk" or moto to an eatery. Street food is available just a couple of blocks away. I would stay there again.

Quite dark and dull, but understandable since it’s a green facility. Poolside bar doesn’t open :( and other amenities don’t seem to be operating either e.g. spa/bar
I didn’t feel comfortable because it was way to quiet and hardly have that much guess. Didn’t feel comfortable at all.
Room was upgraded to 2 connecting rooms. Food was excellent. Complimentary fruits as snack during our stay. Pool was clean. The staff, Ms. Kim in particular, was so prompt, courteous and helpful in helping us where to have dinner, how to order in Foodpanda App, reserving the tuktuk for us during our small trips, gave excellent recommendations around Siem Reap and many more. The hotel management should give her a salary raise and promote her to manager. Good job Ms. Kim! Room amenities are well provided, too. Breakfast (plate-in) was excellent! If given the chance to come back to Cambodia, we would love to stay again at this hotel.
Since it was lean season (August 2023), we were the only guests in the hotel for the first 2 days of our stay, the breakfast buffet was replaced with plate in breakfast. Hence, the food quality was still the best. Since the hotel is within the busy neighborhood, neighbors singing karaoke could be heard until 6PM on the 2nd day of our stay and dogs barking could be heard in the wee hours of the morning but just for a short time.
Very nice staff, they give you a welcome feeling, very helpful in organising and facilitating activities and excursions.
Because of low season there was less activity in the hotel than suggested by the pictures on booking.com.
