Pros:

We ordered. they don't know how to make sambar. South Indian place "Indian coffee house" is nearby.

Cons:

Taxi price quoted for Lucknow was higher by 4000. The bathroom tiling sloping is not done well. They made other passengers sleep in the common hall room corridor. Its tough to come to city if coming from benares. try using a UP 70 vehicle number

Pathetic - don’t recommend this hotel to anyone
Pros:

The location was very good

Cons:

The linen was dirty, the room was dark, the toilet was not clean, there were roaches in the room - overall a very depressing stay, in spite of paying decent amounts of money for it

Great Location
Pros:

Nice property with Clean Rooms and Washroom. The location is fantastic and the breakfast is very homely. Well we had some Wi-FI issues which were later restored on war footing. They have a dedicated parking space and a nice Cafe set up below the reception area. We spend a good amount of time there. The Owner is also very concerned and he considered all our requests with ease.

Thank you and looking forward to staying at UR again.

Exceptional
Pros:

UR Hotel is very well placed and very well connected, the location is strategic and nearby all the prominent places of interest of the prayagraj Sangam City. The staff are exceptionally courteous and provide good service, always happy to help and very very prompt when it comes to anything.

I am mentioning the pros and cons that I have experienced:

- Location is good lots and lots of hanging out and street food options. A few multiplexes are nearby.

- Easy to commute to Holy Sangam.
- Front desk staff are always happy to help and are always welcoming and hospitable.
- The room service has good options for dining.
- The rooms are slightly compact but again the pricing is in tendem to it.
- Overall my recommendation for the property to all.

Unhygienic. Non professional behaviour, worst service
Pros:

First of all the hotel could not provide me the desired room at the time of check in. I have to wait for 1hour in the reception and then got the room.

Cons:

Secondly, the bed cover and pillow covers are not cleaned and seemed to be dirty. In the room, the dustbin was kept in a very unhygienic manner.

Thirdly, the tea kits provided in the room was out of the expiry period. If anybody consumed unknowingly then it could be a very serious problem.

Fourthly, the room service was worst.

So I had a unpleasant stay at this hotel and would suggest others not to stay in this unhygienic hotel
