I love how clean the property was. Also love they are pet friendly

Cons:

I had a bed with two queen rooms, the bed closest to the door was sinking inward and wasn’t very comfortable. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work so the food we traveled with spoiled and we had to throw it out

Room never got cleaned in the four nights we stayed. Had to buy our own trash bags. Used same towels over and over again.

Disappointing
Cons:

Upon arrive we were given a welcome letter that pretty much just stated all the ways we could be fined. Upon arrival we also found out that they only allow 2 kids per room. We have more then 2 kids. The staff was not friendly. The pool bathroom was NOT clean. And our sheets had stains on them.

Adequate hotel, will stay again.
Pros:

Friendly staff, front breakfast area great to congregate. Easy location for local visit. Despite below comments, still best hotel available in the area.

Cons:

Felt expensive for what it was.Had to ask to have room cleaned, did dnd first day and then they didn’t come back. Found previous guest garbage on the floor near bed. People were doing work on cars in the parking lot the first day we were there. Pool bathroom appears to never be cleaned as there was no soap for our entire stay, and we had to ask for pool towels.
