Won’t stay again I’ll go to Holiday inn across the street
Pros:

Price wasn’t bad and rooms were clean

Cons:

Said indoor pool but temp inside area was freezing like outside. Which was the only reason we stayed. Breakfast was bland best this was the waffle maker. And when we told front desk about pool area they pretty much said nothing they can do even tho the AC was blowing

Comfortable noted the above but it was necessary and I didn’t have a choice. Great staff though.

There is no freah air at all. I understand the policies of liability if there are windows to be opened but this is only in USA. No where in the world the rooms feel like a panic sealed rooms, very claustrophobic ( not only you I am talking about). Still damp smell of chemicals, absolutely disgusting.

Your employee Dia was beyond helpful and kind. Dia is the person we all want working for us. I hope someone recognizes her for the way she represents the Hampton Inn!

It was an average hotel.
Pros:

Location was great!! Some of the front staff were super friendly, others didn’t even acknowledge us walking in. They had a lunch for the whole staff and they were all in the lounge area where guests would sit. I feel they could have eaten elsewhere.

Cons:

The TV guide did not work, there were no apps like Netflix for us to use. Very minimal channels that we would watch. Breakfast the second day wasn’t good. The eggs were your typical powder fake eggs and the sausage had a bad taste. First morning it was pretty good. They had us on a floor with loud group of families with kids running in hallways and adults in hallways at 330am talking so loud. Wish there was a quiet time enforced.
